The rudest staff ever. Inconsistent quality. They were out of ingredients for both flavors of blizzards we ordered.

Can someone please tell me I'm not the only one that stops for ice cream because hello that is what DQ is known for but the ice cream is NEVER WORKING or it's always coming out like MILK so they say can you get someone that knows how to run this location upgrade in management or at least someone that knows how to run a ice cream machine so y'all won't lose customers my god!!! Consistently bad service, granted I've only come here at night but wow. Everyone is rude, this girl literally slammed the window in my face after having to ask for my order 3 times (it's 2 blizzards). I've been sitting here for 10 minutes waiting on 2 blizzards! Not to mention when she came to apologize that they forgot about my order (and ask for my order the other 2 times) she wasn't wearing a mask. Well first blizzard dripped out caramel as she turned over i said ooh looks like my next one is free she looked at me wrird.. she was nice tho and patient with is during yhe ordering process. After waiting for someone to take our order for a good 10 minutes. She finally takes our order and then after we've waited another good 10 minutes behind one car at the window she says the ice cream machine is down. I'm sorry so the ice cream machine went down in the last 10 minutes?! Did I mention there was like 5 employees "working" basically sweeping the floors instead of taking care of customers. The Dairy Queen on Atkinson is HORRIBLE!!! We had to wait an hour for 1 burger and fry. The little boy that worked the drive through consistently lied and said our food was ready, when it wasn't. They forgot that we were out front waiting on our food. We had to pull back through drive through and wait another 10 minutes there, only to receive an incorrect order Then the staff has the audacity to have an attitude because they messed up my order You can't make this stuff up. Service was sorry. 1 person doing window and front. Dropped a chicken strip and attempted to put it in my basket. Needs to be shutdown.

The Iced Sweet Tea was damn good, food was decent, but the service was nice and the AC was cold on a hot day.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. Very nasty parking lot and the inside was dirty too. They didn't have napkins available and put toppings on my sandwich after I specifically said I didn't want them. Slow service also. Do not eat here. You will be sadly disappointed. read more

I always go to this location, it is close to my house. I love their burgers. The last 6 times I have been here they make the blizzards before my food is done. Sometimes they make my blizzard before the person in front of me receives their food. Sometimes they put a lid on the blizzard. I think they put a lid on them so we can't see how melted they are & no they do not turn them upside down. Getting disappointed with the way they make the ice cream before the food. They use to make the blizzards close to the food being done or it was done. read more

Horrible service!!! We arrived on a Friday evening about 7:45. There were four women working behind the counter. We stood at the counter for about 7 minutes and no one even greeted us or told us it would be just a minute. They walked past us repeatedly and not a peep. We left without ordering. They all laughed when we walked out. Good job Dairy Queen! You hired people that thinks it's funny when you lose customers! I bet your bottom line doesn't really need paying customers.
