The next day Tom showed up on time and worked well with our whole team, as he filmed our creative meeting with our celebrity chef. When converted to digital format, the sound disappeared for a few seconds, and when it returned, the video and audio were de-synchronized. The digital file thus was unusable. Euro Star Productions was able to re-synchronize the video and audio and replace missing audio at the end of the file from the original tape. As well, ESP brightened the video, so the file now is a great teaching piece. All this was done in just a few days, and the fee was extremely reasonable. I am so impressed with ESP's work that I have asked Dan Red (the owner) to do similar refreshing of another, 50-year-old interview, so that I can use it in teaching as well.
