This insurance company is going after your money. They say they support you in English but is not at all. I stayed just 6 months with them and the moment I wanted to finished the contract the came with tons of excuses so I was obligated to stayed with them. I had to ask for help to the international office in my university to fight the first line of customer service mails. They had to reach a higher position to solve the problem...but guess what, today one year later this happen, I still receive their letters that I am obligated to things with them. Is a nightmare. In case someone is reading, I highly recommend TK insurance. They have even the app in English, and the branches staff is really helpful with everything. read more

Criminal and unethical practices in billing for NO REASON!!! They will send a bill if you worked at a company that uses DAK, a year later. €14,000 bill will be sent with no previous statements. Since Germans scare easily, they will be stuck paying for an erroneous bill for years, even if you have other insurance. In America, if this practice ever happened, a good lawyer would sue and get millions for the individual. DAK should be ashamed of themselves. German people need to sue this company at every chance for their unethical practices on billing. read more
