I was surprised they would have us see her without asking if I was okay with an intern. I was surprised they charged us the same rate as a speech therapist with a degree. I thought she should have been supervised. She was rude and late. When I brought up that she was late and wanted to make sure she gave us the full amount of time scheduled she said the clock in the office was broken and she was not late. The clock was not broken and matched the time in my cell. The other speech therapist (Kayla?) was not nice either. We switched to a new provider. This place did not seem very legitimate. Also smells like sewage. On a positive note, the young lady at the front desk/office manager was nice.
