I would give Citibank and in particular Citicard even higher than 5 stars if I could. They are that…read moregood. I purchased an large, inflatable swimming pool for the backyard in May 2020, hoping , as many people did, that we could use it as an anitdote to the general restrictions of the Covid-19 pandemic. The seller turned out to be in China (although that's not always a bad thing), and this wasn't apparent from their website. When I finally received their product (which I suspect took so long because they didn't manufacture it or buy it from the manufacturer until I bought it), it was the wrong size (smaller). A few months later, after wrangling with the seller online (to no avail) and with PayPal (lots of promises of help, but ultimately no help in getting a refund), I contacted Citicard ... and received lots of help, good, professional help. I submitted the requested documentation online (easy with their online systems), was issued a provisional refund after review, and waited for the seller to respond to them. The seller essentially refused the return shipment, then lied and said they hadn't received it. Citicard told me my claim was denied and the refund cancelled, but offered me a chance to submit additional supporting documentation regarding the return shipment, which I did. After a review of the additional documentation, they reinstated the provisional refund, contacted the seller and must have said, essentially, "How do you explain this?" One month later, the provisional refund became permanent. When no one else will help you and you're about to see over $600 go down the drain, having Citicard on your side is a lifesaver. When their webpages say, "How can we help?" it's not just an advertising slogan. They helped when no one else would.

Now I pay interest on all purchases even when I pay them off each month because I have a 0% balance . Makes no sense at all. Took over four customer service phone calls to have someone actually explain this to me.

I'm surprised that I don't need to launch the program with a "C:/! The reports and the overall capacity of the program and the bill payment was impressive but now impossible to manage... it's easier to get into a coconut then it is the Paytrust data. This program is stuck in the 1990's. Even the 2 Step Authorization is clunky. They require a outbound call and it's a slow process. When you say "hello" there is a slow talking, long introduction ("Hello.......this is Payturst..... calling for your code number shown on your screen..... hit 1 to proceed........more instructions then enter/speak the code on the screen. But you have to wait until the message ends before you can input the code. No way to short cut it by just saying the code. A small thing but.... Death by a thousand slashes! It's a real shame.... There aren't many programs like this that I know of. I had to finally dump it today. Even the cancellation process annoyed me.... I sent a letter and they responded with a letter saying I had to call to cancel. Then I got the operator whose second job is selling timeshares... and he would stop trying to keep me in. Sadly, Run away from this one. BooHoo.

Very long-term customer here. Logged in this month to find what so many others have discovered:…read moresomehow, Paytrust took what was a reliable, mostly intuitive service and took it out behind the woodshed and shot it right in the face. The "upgrade" is truly horrible. Upon login, I get a window with every item I didn't file for past years because I just didn't need to. To make it even better, when assigning an item, my list of payees is presented in what appears to be the order I added them to the platform rather than in alphabetical order. The "Close" button location is confusing, so I hit that rather than Assign by mistake and have to log out and back in again to start over. I can't find a complete list of my payees anymore. I can't find the full mailing address anymore. I contacted support multiple times and asked when they plan to revert to a working platform and they have no such intent. This is the disaster we're left with. I honestly don't want to switch. I've loved Paytrust, but I like being able to have confidence that my bills are being paid more. I've already managed to miss one payment because I couldn't figure out the platform. I've done software development. If I created a user interface like this, I would have been fired on the spot, and deservedly so. Whoever conceived of this and managed to get it pushed through must be a competitor or something. The only alternative is that Paytrust decided to use us as a social experiment to see how much we take before we finally give up. Terribly disappointed.
