I finally drove down there a couple months later, they had to search for something that showed it was mine. Only thing that's decent is the bacon. I paid for seasoned sausage and it's not seasoned. Chops are tough as heck. They take on more then they can, overall terrible experience. I could have bought a lot of good meat for what I paid for their processing. This experience was not from a bad hog, it was not processed on time. Go to a different locker, anywhere else and support them instead and our great farmers.

I have not had any processing done there but…read morethey were friendly and talking with them it sounds like they had learned from some pervious mistakes they have made. I also tried there lunch and have to say I really enjoyed the brisket and pulled pork! I will be stopping out in the near future to try some of there other products they sell.
