However, upon opening the gift cards the last 4 digits of the card were scratched out along with the security number making them useless. Calling Mastercard has been difficult. We filed a claim but we're waiting. Tried calling Walmart but can't get a live person to tell them to pull them off the shelves so someone else doesn't go through the same thing we are! Just avoid any gift cards from Mastercard! I'd also like to add that I have called multiple times, and I get a computer automated number system. I've hit just about every department and it just rings and rings. I've never been able to speak to a live person to tell them to pull these items off their shelves. You can't get through by phone.

I stopped in yesterday to do some light shopping before I start work tomorrow…read more I asked one of the employees for help finding a shower curtain and was told that the signs at the top of the aisle should help me out. Didn't provide me with an aisle number or sense of direction on where to go. I finally figured out, it's because they don't sell shower curtains.......... Not sure if the employee even knew. All of the tags say that they "Buy by the truckload, so we can save by the cartload". However, this was one of the most expensive grocery stores I have ever shopped at. It is up there price wise with the last whole foods I went to if not more expensive. With not nearly the quality, I looked through some ground us chuck, and after moving 4 packages out of the way, I finally found one that wasn't brown and was the reddish color I expect to see from meat... It comes easy for me to say that I will be making it a priority to find a new grocery store regardless of how far I will need to drive.

I've had a several hundred dollar prescription that was mailed to me disappear. I've had insurance issues. They have never not solved an issue that's come up. They are friendly yet professional. If I have a question, it's always answered. When I was in Colorado for 6 months, I continued to use Thrifty White, and if I move out of Minot or ND for that matter, I will continue to use them. I'm just asking how to make the process easier, because I had called in to have them order the meds to be ready for when I was able to fill (like one of the workers had told me to do) and got my head bitten off by a worker that I wasn't even working with. I've had good experiences before, but I'm not okay with not being able to calmly ask questions.

The staff is very helpful with your scripts and with helping you find over the counter cold medication. They will ask you what sort of symptoms you have, if you take certain medication and help you find something that will not interact with what you take and help with your symptoms. That's great service from a pharmacist. They also have some pretty tasty specialty candies by the register.
