We went down the street while our order was getting ready and when we came back, our food was cold. We were gone for maybe less than 10 min and I was expecting the food to be that cold. I don't know what the sauce is that's over the tacos but didn't mind it. It does have vegan options which is why we went. The wait was short and the food was terrific. I don't know what he does to the burgers but they don't suck. They are thick and juicy and have the right portions of toppings. The bun complements and doesn't overtake the taste of the burger. The truck is in a great location. I will definitely be back to try the other options on the menu. Plenty of places to sit if needed.
