Ordered the 'trust you Bro' and they did an amazing job! Chicken tostada and beef taco. All for $7!! Will definitely be going back!

This was our first experience with a food truck. Needless to say we went back 2 days later. The food is amazing!!!! The first time we each ordered a Trust You Bro (I mentioned I needed corn tortillas) and we were not disappointed! I received a chicken taco and a beef tostada, both of which were perfectly seasoned. My husband received 2 chicken tacos which were so good he went and got the bro burrito. 2 days later my husband surprised me with tacos al pastor and chips with guacamole. BEST GUACAMOLE EVER! My only disappointment is that he didn't get an extra order. I think this is quickly becoming our go-to taco place.

The vegan tacos and tostadas were delicious! I wish we lived here so we could come there all the time! I definitely recommend! I'm so glad they had vegan options other than veggies. You have to try this place!

6/26/2018 Visit: For lunch I ordered a two taco platter with one ground beef taco and one chicken (thinking a platter would come with rice and beans). When I finally got my food (I was the first order up and it took well over 10 minutes as the cook was busy talking on his phone and then discussing his phone conversation instead of preparing food), it was just the two street tacos (which run $3.75 per taco) without any sides. I don't blame them for not dishing up the rice and beans as I didn't specifically order them. I just assumed ordering a platter meant rice & beans, so that's on me. Anyway, the ground beef and chicken were both way too dry and low on flavor (this visit was the second time this summer my tacos have been overly dry). So considering the low quality, sub-par service, and high price relative to portion size, it's safe to say that this was my last visit to Taco Brothers.

This is what they call a burrito, I call it lazy!

I ordered a burrito and the apparently they don't know how to roll one or how to put the salsa inside. It's awkward to eat to say the least. Taste is not too bad but more Texmex than real Mexican. There is no real good Mexican in North Dakota unfortunately. They Americanize it to much.

Very good food. Quality is solid. Cash and credit cards via Square. No seating - this is a food truck! (a reply to a seating comment heard on site) Great to go, even better when eaten on site. Well done bro!

    Just before opening (1 am).

I was visiting my brother in Fargo and he insisted we had to try Taco Bros at 1 am. I was skeptical. But I shouldn't have been! Yes, it's 1 am so yes there are plenty of drunks (male and female - all obnoxious) some even went into the truck. But at least one person was paying attention (younger white guy in a red shirt?) and made sure that the food my brother, his girlfriend, and I ordered was vegan. He kept tossing things back and saying "Does that look vegan to you?" Thank you to him! We appreciated him looking out for our orders. However, the three of us who ordered vegan had to wait FORever for ours. Like...way too long. People who ordered long after us had already gotten their food before us. This is great 1 am food. Very flavorful (a little on the spicy side for my taste but still) and we all cleaned out our food containers. We ordered, I believe, vegan "Trust You Bro"s (I just got what my brother got.) My husband got this giant burrito (not vegan) and he loved it. Whether you've been out drinking or not it's really worth stopping by. There's a whole little 1 am community that gathers around the truck and waits for it to open. Almost everyone knows each other. If you're hungry and it's late - go to Taco Bros!

Vegan tostadas are life-changing, beware if you don't want your life to change for the better

Who would have guessed that the BEST vegan tostadas I've ever had (and I've had a lot, I tell ya) are hiding in Fargo, North Dakota?! Trust me!! They're here! The staff seemed pretty stoned both times I went, but that's fine! As long as they're ushering out amazing tostadas, who cares?! The vegan chipotle sour cream was... A revelation. And the combination of grilled corn and avocado and beans... And crunchy tostada shell... I think I'm gonna pass out...

S'tuck food in downtown Fargo that does not disappoint. Each new seaon brings something to look forward to. My go to is the Big Mike with chicken. I love sitting on the spools and watching downtown life go by while sipping a Mexican Cola. A bit of something you don't expect to find in downtown Fargo.

The Taco Bros. Truck is fantastic. Fresh, delicious food for cheap. My favorite is the Big Mike with the mexi-corn. So good.

With the closing of Romo's I am wondering if this is the next best (or better) thing. Can i get a massive, delicious, smothered burrito here for under $11?

    Yes! The food is amazing!

The place was loud and busy when we walked in, though that seemed to be part of the atmosphere. There's also quite a bit of outdoor seating available. The menu is pretty standard for what you'd expect from a Midwest Mexican restaurant. One difference is that they make fresh guac tableside. Caveat emptor: you do pay extra for this. The complimentary chips come with three different dips, which was a nice touch. Not sure what the rest of our party ordered, but I had the Fiesta Bowl and it was delish. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. I started with the blueberry margarita, and it was so good -- super refreshing and packed with flavor. For my meal, I ordered the Burrito Mex and subbed shrimp. It was delicious, even though I originally thought it would be more of a handheld burrito -- it wasn't, but the flavor made up for it! The rice and beans were amazing, perfectly seasoned, and the queso was incredibly good too. Honestly, everything on the plate hit the spot. We also ordered guacamole before our meals, and they made it right at the table, which was such a fun touch. It came out super fresh and customizable, just how we like it. Overall, Plaza Azteca was a great experience!!

This is the old Smiling Moose Deli location. The food here is fresh & authentic. Was very good. This was my first time trying Elote Queso, and I'd describe it as thicker than normal queso & is made with corn (which is what Elote is). The chips were great and the serving size was huge. Maria sent us on our way with some chips and salsa (which I'm currently munching on as I type) For me it's the overall welcoming feeling I get when I cross the threshold into her establishment combined with A menu that checks all the right boxes.
