After several phone calls and emails I was unable to get a confirmation of the job and was getting nervous that I had nothing in place and was not even asked for a deposit. I thought this was strange, but was reassured by James that everything was arranged. By the Friday afternoon before the Sunday lunch, I again spoke to James and by this stage realised that Treat was not even planning to come as they didn't even have my address. I was so stressed as I had nothing else in place and I was panicking and running around trying to find a caterer in the last minute. We had one vegan and when i contacted the company on the phone to ask what they had for the vegan they said they supplied halloumi skewers.. i then had to tell them that halloumi is goats cheese and therefore not vegan! you would think a catering company should know that!
