Yum it was all cooked perfectly the eggs were like molten gold with the yoke pouring out when cut into. The rosti were nice and crispy with out being too fatty. As side serve of chorizo and some kale to green it up was a nice addition. Yum. Please can I go back there. Don't hesitate if your in bright. Why take a bottle home and risk my dodgy cellaring options (in a box under my bed) when I can just pay an extra $20 on the current vintage price and get something with 10 years of age on it already? Brown Brothers is huge and while I don't necessarily enjoy a lot of their "mainstream" drops (the stuff that is made to fly off the shelves at every single bottle-o across the country) some of their more experimental grape styles are bangin'. The prosecco and sparkling are some of the best produced in Australia. I admire the focus on family and tradition here and like that even for a short visit I'm made to feel like I'm part of that extended family by the warm and welcoming staff.
