Service was good, billing extremely questionable…read more Setting up the appointment was somewhat easy. When Dean returned my message, he first stated he didn't work in our town it was too far. He then asked what neighborhood we lived in, and I told him. He then did a 180 and said for your neighborhood, we make exceptions. Fine. His employee showed up on time. He was able to diagnose our problem, fix 2 heads and installed a new wifi control box. I received the bill a week later. The labor charge for the installation of the wifi box and 2 heads was listed as one charge, the 2 heads listed as the second charge and finally the wifi box as the lay and final line item. I immediately noticed the cost of the box seemed elevated? I researched multiple stores on web stores and the cost of the box was 1/2 of price he was charging me. He charged us $250 for a box that retails at MSRP at $119 (most stores had them on sale for about $100). I asked Dean about why the cost was so high and he pretty much told me it costs what it costs. If you need irrigation work, get a quote ahead from them and do your due diligence. The work was great, and they showed up on time. Their billing practices are questionable.

In Fall of 2023, they didn't send offer to winterize the irrigation system, and when I did it myself, I noticed that the back flow device had a crack in it. Fortunately, the crack only leaked as you were turning the water on and off, but it only could have happened in winter 2022, which the last time they did winterize the system and damages to the back flow device would have been fixed by them. Perhaps that's why they never returned my calls in summer of 2023. Definitely would not recommend them.

Required irrigation repair. No water. Broken lines. Broken heads. Cracked backflow…read more Asked for an estimate. Was told latter in the day or tomorrow I'd have an estimate. Four days later I asked where was the estimate. Told me he would have it that night to me. Next day it arrives in the afternoon. There was urgency as we had just added new plants, had no mulch and was hand watering all the plants on a .5 acre lot. While I waited for the estimate, I dug holes where the leaks were. Discovered broken PVC pipes. I was bored and I have the skills, so I fixed the broken lines. Told Pristine I had fixed the lines and asked the cost to be removed from the estimate (which at the time I still didn't have). By doing this work, I was helping to complete the job a bit faster. The little cry baby said he couldn't work on our system if I was going to do repairs. WTF, really? He's a one man show and I figured I was doing the man-child a favor by doing the underground dirty work. He still had tons to do. We needed the system up and running asap. His estimate was over $5000. My work would have only put a dent into that estimate. He blocked my calls to discuss the issue and wouldn't return emails. We hired another company. Dime-a-dozen out there, no shortage of companies. $3600 was my total cost of repairs. A fair savings for sure! Here's something to think about: I fixed the leaks, but had he been called out for an estimate after the repairs, what would be the difference? He's not going to warranty my work regardless of when it was done. So, I ask: what is his problem? Answer: I know as much if not more about irrigation as he does. Maybe dealing with a customer that managed a 38-zone residential irrigation system spread over 2-acres had him thinking twice about what he could get away with. Will Conti is the child's name. I highly recommend finding another person to work on your irrigation system. AKA: I highly recommend going elsewhere! BTW, try finding where he works. The addresses point to either the Denver UPS Store or the Sherrills Ford Post Office. There's something shady about his dealings. And if you read his POLICY on his estimate paperwork, it'll span three pages! He lays down the law with you, but you can't find him. If you had to prosecute him, you'd be hard-pressed to serve him papers.

We were in a bind and needed help quickly. Two companies who were working on installing cables in…read morethe area really messed up our irrigation system near the backflow device and our main water line. While this wasn't intentionally done, and they tried to do some things to help restore our water, unfortunately the people who did the work lacked the expertise to complete the job. We needed someone before the hole was closed and work completed. The backflow device, which by itself is an expensive piece to replace, was toast. Our irrigation system was completely cut off. We called our plumber, All Hours Plumbing, who referred us to Blue2Green. Micheal and his associate sized up the situation and not only replaced the backflow device, but also rerouted the pipes, simplifying the arrangement and adding a new cut-off valve. His charge was very reasonable, considering the effort involved, all the parts, and what he did to straighten out the problem. What I ended up with was in my opinion a work of art. I will continue to use him for all our irrigation needs. I highly recommend his services. If you need a professional for any irrigation problem I suggest you contact Blue2Green.
