Dale helped my husband and I find our first home in record time. When our lender Guild Mortgage referred us to Dale in late September, he reached out to us right away to schedule a conference call. He got to know that we were looking for a single family home in the Bay Area, specifically around Tri-Valley as well as how much we were willing to spend.
