They charged me 300-some…read morebucks for an inspection, and said they would get back to me with an estimate for the necessary bodywork. Then, weeks passed - no communication. Eventually, they sent a notification that my car was ready to pick up, without communication in the meantime to update me on the state of my car. It felt like they strung me along just to make a buck off the initial inspection. When I had it towed to another mechanic for a second opinion, that mechanic didn't charge me a cent to let me know that my car was damaged beyond any reasonable repair. In my case, I felt they were dishonest with me about my car's condition in order to make a buck.

They also ask you to use their AAA approved tow service. Do NOT Call this owner Tim for any assistance. After AAA first tow checked the battery, it was at 9percent. I filled the vehicle (with gas) up on Father's Day weekend, ran to the next store in town snd the vehicle would not turn over. Just a click click steady on the push start. Called Chevy dealers and ECE auto shop for quotes. All were very nice, but Tim, he's clever. He claims , with a laugh, we have the better deal, we will help, now I know why. He's a cheat, liar and a thief. He begs you to use his tow service, AAA approved and I oblige, thinking this guy is so nice with that hometown appreal. Car gets towed in by Tim's guy, with a full tank of gas , this past Friday before they close at 5pm July 17,2026. Today, Monday, July 20,2026, Tim calls around 2:30pm claiming the diagnostic test can't be done because the 9%battery life I brought it in with, won't take a charge. so he says, let's start with the battery. I say NO, we agreed on a diagnostic test at $129.00, nothing further. I call AAA and get my preferred company Leafs Towing to meet me at the shop to tow my vehicle. AAA meets me there. I pay Tiny Tim his $129.00. I get my keys and paperwork for payment. I get the car home and my windshield wipers won't stop running and the dashboad lights up, NO FUEL, the car is bleed dry on E. They stole my full tank of fuel and ripped me off with Tiny Tim's Fat Smile. Do not do service with these people ever and I will report you to AAA to lose your towing license. Terrible!!! I purchased a used tire from this shop. I paid $50 and due to his schedule and mine had…read moreto come back and get it the next day. No problem. But after picking it up I drove only about 20 miles before having a blowout, causing me to miss work. Of course they weren't open, it was a Saturday. Once again, no biggie. I called up to Walmart. they had a tire for me, brand new mind you, for $55. Put on quickly and with a smile. I digress. Back to Bob's. It's now Monday, and I call up to bob's to see if they can help me. I speak with the owner (not Bob btw) and he begins to tell me I must have hit a nail or run it on low air. I tell him no puncture from nail and he was the one to put the air in it 20 miles prior. He says he would stand by it if he inspected it. So I drove up there. I wasted my time. This guy just looks at it and all the inner lining bubbling and crusting away and tells me I was running it on low air. I'd had enough of this guy. So be it. You were a jerk and your hometown business is garbage. I would give this business negative stars if I could. The only positive I can say about this place is the owners employee was very helpful.
