Stacie Miles is the only professional there who actually did what she said she would do. A major example is that they sent me a long list a week before closing, for information that was 'urgently needed' even though I had told them I was on vacation. I had to interrupt my vacation to fly back home to get them the information. I found out later that some of the information was not even needed and other information they needed was from a different entity that they said. No wonder I couldn't find it. Another example is that the closing date was postponed a week because they needed a letter from my bank, on bank letterhead, that I was the owner and signer of the account from which I had already paid them a large deposit. I had to physically go back to my back to get this document. I could have easily supplied this information weeks earlier. And I never got an apology from anyone. My realtor and his firm have cut ties with Summit Funding because of this. My opinion is to decline working with this company.
