Worst loan experience ever! No communication skills what so ever. At first the loan was supposed to…read more3% down, then it went to 5 then 10 then 15. And when they called and said they want 20% down we lost it. Just because I have money in the bank doesn't mean I have to give it all to Wells Fargo. We dealt with 4 different loan officers and every time it went to a new person I had to send the same paperwork again! They charge about $100 more then any other mortgage company for an appraisal. We ended up taking our business to another company but after we fired wells Fargo they kept working on the loan. Our insurance company called and told us they were requesting more information about us. Do not use Wells Fargo, there are plenty of other companies who are honest and will do their job properly.
