Brandon let me know of a hole in one of our vents (which we already knew about from the adjustor and another roofer), but Brandon gave it a temporary seal with flex tape! Great experience with there work and responsiveness. There was a heavy wind blowing storm that caused the roof to leak into the home. Called multiple roofing contractors who could not come out to repair the leak or did not call back at all. A neighbor recommended Dales roofing and I called there emergency number and got ahold of Robert. He was informed me he was currently on another job, but would try and get there later that day. He did, fixed the roof and I gave them the job to replace the house roof and detached garage where they did an amazing job. read more

I have been calling and emailing back with this company since June the project manager gave me a quote told me 2 to 3 weeks out , did not receive a contract for over the period of time with no call back , when I reached back out he said to sign the contract he then said another 2 to 3 weeks out,which now I have raw wood exposed for this long , the project manager decided to call back and say to me ir would be 6 to 8 weeks out ,I asked why he said it' was because of a small well house roof I said ok I'll do that roof in one day myself, he got upset and decided to tell me we weren't a good fit since I called him out on his bullshit ,I have been in construction for over 20 years,I know how long things take to order and receive, beware of this company not reliable only to people they designate to be ok for them waste of time and money now that I need to replace more things now , unprofessional and sadly full of shit , they won't call back with any progress and then tell you call someone else I'll never recommend this company to anyone read more

I had Dale's roofing send somebody over to clean the gutters and give me a quote on some gutter guards. The cleaning and inspection was about $180 which wasn't bad. They offer twice a year cleaning programs for a reasonable fee, which I will probably sign up for as the gutter guards were a tad more than I want to spend right now. read more

We had Dale's replace our roof and gutters. They do outstanding work, the crew that did ours was very pleasant and worked fast, I couldn't believe they were done in a day. The two gentlemen that installed our gutters did a great job, they look great! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating was that they are not very good at keeping the customer informed of when things will get done. I had to make several call and emailed the salesman that bid our job. It still took over a month to get the job done. I never knew when things were going to happen. Great work otherwise! Avoid Dale's Roofing. They are an unreliable, unprofessional operation. They procrastinated for five months, held sample clay tiles, but never provided an estimate. After months of being ignored, when confronted they fessed up that they could not find replacement tiles --they were told it was 100 year old tile at the start and that replacements were stored on site. The one piece without a spare, they were told could be salvaged from an outbuilding. They are no friend to clay tile work or historic properties. read more

I recently had my roof replaced by Dale's Roofing, and they did a professional job. I've never seen anyone work as hard or efficiently as Dale's crew, and they completed the job on time for a fair price (I got three other quotes, and Dale's wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive). I chose Dale's because of his Better Business Bureau rating, recommendations from previous customers and his quote which was very detailed. Worst experience I've had with someone doing work on our house. Hired for simple install of flash stepping and trim around chimney turned into a complete mess. After the stepping was installed the damage done to the chimney was worse than the initial issue. *The boards that were replaced were not flush with other trim. *The new boards were not painted to match the rest. *The workers did not score the trim when pulling off boards and peeled off large chunks of paint. *Parts of the trim were patched together with caulk and smaller pieces of wood. *There was trash and leftover pieces from the work left all over back patio. After speaking with the owner he agreed and said he would send out someone to fix the problems. Month passed before hearing from the person they were sending out to fix. He stated he would be out the following week and never showed up. I ended up having to find someone else to fix. Left message for owner and have never heard back. I have never gone out of my way to write a bad review before but I cant warn enough about doing business with Dales Roofing. read more

I called Dale's about getting an estimate on some roofing repairs. I reviewed what I needed over the phone and an appointment was set. They called me, as promised on the way to the appointment so I could meet them at my house. The gentleman showed up on time, spent 40 minutes on my roof and rang my doorbell when he was ready to talk. When I opened the door, he was leaning against the wall and said, "I hope you have something strong to drink because you're going to need it.". He then proceeded to tell me how screwed up my roof was. I asked him to write his estimate and then I will decide what I will do. After a month I have received no estimate, no phone call... A total waste of time and very unprofessional. read more

Update to my last review. The manager of Dale's Roofing called and apologized. He was sincere, apologetic and did not make excuses. I simply got lost in the system and as a business person I understand how that can happen. Based on my conversation with him, I would call Dale's and strongly consider using them for my roofing needs.
