I rented spandex chair covers and was given polyester chair covers that didn't fit the chairs I had shown them that I had to cover. I had researched the spandex chairs I wanted, took pictures and wrote down the prices...she beat the price so I went with Confetti's. Rather then have an attitude of "the customer is always right" The owner, Sheri, argued with me that if I was a wedding planner I should know the difference between spandex and polyester. That's funny because I'm not a party planner, I was the mother of the groom. So I feel like that was her way of insulting me! She also called me a liar by saying that I never showed her pictures. She said she has a thousand customers and that their policy is to keep a copy of the pictures. I said well you may have 1000 of me (the customer) but I only have one of you (the vendor) and I did have pictures, I had a whole notebook! I was willing to split the difference or something, anything! I ended up having to rent the spandex chair covers from another place at my expense. When I returned the stuff I rented Monday morning, the girl working there hung up the 125 pressed, hung and unused chair covers ...I'm sure they will reuse them as they were returned in perfect condition. I wanted to wad them up but I'm not that type of person. I hope this helps someone before it's deleted ... I would expect nothing less from this company!! Oh btw, Confetti's is under new management for the past year and 1/2 .... So the good reviews before 2013 are for the old owners!

We originally got in contact with Larry (the owner of LnS) about 8 months before our actual wedding date. From the very beginning, Larry was extremely professional and very thorough in helping us plan out the music for the night. He walked us through developing the plan including music for the ceremony, first dances, special dances, open dance time, during dinner and for the cake cutting. Larry met with my husband and I in person several times to discuss plans as well as to take a look at our venue location. We kept in frequent communication by email, and I would often have a response from him within a few hours at most. As such, by the time the wedding itself rolled around, we had a well-developed plan in place for the that day. The day of the wedding itself went amazingly. He showed up more than early enough to ensure the DJ equipment and lighting were set up well before my guests started arriving. Throughout the night, Larry and his wife worked as a well-oiled machine to handle pretty much every aspect of the music. Throughout the night, he was able to gauge the mood of the people dancing, and I don't think we had much time at all that the dance floor was unoccupied. We had a few small glitches due to miscommunication on my part with the hotel staff around the timing of the cake cutting, but ultimately, it was handled so well that our guests never knew there was any confusion. I cannot thank LnS Karaoke enough for the fantastic job that was done at our wedding. I certainly intend to use their services again in the future if we ever have a need for them.

Sherry was like a built in wedding coordinator, making sure we stayed on time for everything we had planned, and she treated us just like we were her own sons. In the 6 weeks since our wedding, the biggest compliments we've received have been all about the music.
