When you are going through a tough and long journey like infertility, a kind and helpful staff does not go unnoticed. Norma on the other hand, she acts annoyed every-time you call with a question and she doesn't have a sense of urgency in helping you, and does not seem to care. She could use some customer service skills, and she could try and be a little more compassionate to others.

I mentioned that I was in pain he said that it was fine as long it wasn't during my menstrual cycle. Was told to go on a paleo diet, find someone to teach me the creighton method and return in 6 months. Well the pain I was in was actually an abscess between my ovary and fallopian tube. Paid a $250 for essentially nothing and to have my pain dismissed only to have to be seen in the emergency room. I would not recommend to anyone.
