It seemed worthwhile to give it a shot, so I chose a window from 8-11am. Received an email from Amazon letting me know who my provider was, and confirming the date and time. Morning of I receive an SMS from Cleatis letting my know they will be there at 12, and not between 8-11am as originally agreed upon. I bring that to his attention and also the timing since I wasn't sure if the owner would be staying to help as they often only come by to receive direction from the client and discuss the expectations and let the others complete the work. If I am not mistaken the previous owners may have had someone do a move out clean or did it themselves. the place was not in bad shape when the previous owners moved out. it was just a personal preference for me and my wife to have the home cleaned before we begin to live there. I was able to do a walk-through prior to bringing this business in to clean the residence. I wanted them to give everything just a once-over just for personal reasons. Nothing was extremely filthy or dirty. I wanted them to clean the sinks and the bathtubs and showers, and wipe down the insides of drawers, etc. My main focus was the oven or it look like theyadd use and Easy-Off oven cleaner and did not wipe away the residue very well, especially where the racks sit inside of the oven. There was a good amount of residue that was left and did not want my oven door food tasting like Easy-Off when I was ready to begin cooking. We set up a date and scheduled a date for them to come by. I received a text message once they were on the premises. They notify me once they were done. When we first spoke I wanted to provide them with payment once I had looked at the property to ensure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I received a text about three hours later indicating that they were done and would not leave the premises until payment has been secured. That was my impression. I took care of the payment with them. After leaving work, I went by the location to see how everything looked. When I enter the house everything smoke fresh and clean. The first thing that I went to was the oven. Like I said earlier this was the most important thing for me. To my surprise it did not look like anything had been touched. I was sorely disappointed. everything that I remember seeing prior to the cleaning being done by this business to look exactly the same. I begin looking for other things that may have not been done. I could tell that the floors have been vacuumed and, like I said it smelled very nice in the home. After we moved in I begin to find some other things, like crumbs being left in the drawer. It wasn't a huge amount but oh, I had to use the vacuum to get whatever was left over. I did end up having to finish cleaning out the oven and at numerous Clorox wipes that were why did the beginning but Brown after cleaning out the oven. I was hesitant about posting this review but felt that it needed to be treated just like any other business that I would encounter and give feedback to help others who may be considering.
