Except there was only one pigeon and it really didn't attack her, just scared her a bit. So I went on Yelp to get quotes. He was the only one who responded to me. He came by and checked the length of the gutters and gave me a quote. It was very reasonable so I hired him. He was here for about an hour and sent me pictures of the gutters after. I wish he would've taken before pictures too. We hadn't cleaned our gutters since we moved in about 2 years ago so I'm sure they were a mess. He even power washed the driveway and the patio. Highly recommend him for his fair prices and his pleasant demeanor. He does windows too!

To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He asked for payment before I got home and said he needed to come back to add a piece to secure the gutter. He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. So now the gutter is starting to bend and the curve he added is leaking. so overall, just a lousy job. Would never use him again.

It was professional and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. We spoke on the phone and I provided him with the number of windows, etc. He emailed me a quote and the breakdown of the cost for each service included. Some of the other quotes were lower but I could tell that I would get what I pay for. Ronnie (or Ronald) cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and did an impeccable job. He is extremely detailed and took his time to make sure my windows looked perfect. And they did!!! I did not realize the difference it makes when the windows are clean. The difference in the light coming in was amazing. He even told us which window needed new caulking. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work. However, I want to make a statement about what a nice gentleman he is. He is respectful (e.g., he would not wear his shoes in the house) and kind. There are times when you meet a person and are immediately drawn to them because you feel that they are a good person. That is how my husband and I felt about Ronnie.
