However their office will blow up your phone with text and calls constantly about paperwork, and confirming. etc. They even text you at 7:00 a.m about things. It's a lot! Furthermore if you need MRI"s or treatment they only do it at Baylor Scott & White in Arlington on Highland. I will never go there again if that is the only place the doctors at Arlington Orthopedics can send patients to. If I thought that Arlington Orthopedics was bad about blowing up up your phone, Baylor is a thousand times worse especially when it comes to getting their money before your procedure! I received multiple calls and text from multiple people there daily wanting their money. We were waiting for our insurance to process claims from another procedure somewhere else where our deductible could be seen by Baylor. Still the day before my procedure they sent another text saying they have to have my payment tomorrow in all caps! What business does this? Even on the day of we had to sit in the business office and hash all this over again and again which made things very stressful before having a procedure. Lastly out of 2 visits there, I have only encountered one nice person. No one there cares about anything except getting your money. My advice is to think long and hard about Arlington Orthopedics if you think you may need an actual procedure and then you better have your money ready and your ducks in a row. Baylor Scott & White is very aggressive in getting their money. That's all that matters to them.

The desk staff at both offices are always kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. I couldn't ask for a better ENT office than this one. I highly recommend them.

They charged my husband for an office visit, not the machine itself, an OFFICE VISIT ($60.00 copay) for stopping in the office to pick up the machine that would be used for his scheduled home sleep study. He literally walked to the front desk, picked up the machine, and left. They charged him and additional $52.00 for to READ THE RESULTS!!! Not call us with results, but just read them. They then called him in to the office and charged him another $60.00 to give him his next steps from the results. I am so floored by this nickel and dime mentality. When I inquired with the billing department, they told me that they were within their LEGAL RIGHTS TO CHARGE. My daughter is scheduled for a sleep study, but we will find another ENT because this is outrageous. Cross Timbers just because you can charge for something doesn't mean that you should charge!!!

We asked for a referral to a pulmonary specialist but gupta refused to do the referral, stating that he had not received medical records from hospital. Gupta said that without the records that he couldn't do the referral. This is a lie!!! His main job is to do what is needed to insure that my father receives proper care! After filing a complaint against gupta we realized that gupta is not a very good doctor and has no true professional experience with senior care. These foreign doctors are only interested in monetary gain and not the welfare of their patients. If you or your family are a patient of gupta I strongly suggest seeking a new doctor asap! DO NOT TRUST!

I was then told by the nurse that the doctor was booked up and could not see me but could call in some meds for me. How could he know what meds I needed if he did not see me and listen to my chest? I had been to this doctor several times before and was not a new patient. I ended up going to Baylor Scott and White ER, who determined I had pneumonia and congestive heart failure. They kept me overnight for observation while I was on a heart monitor. I would not recommend this doctor - he does not seem to care about his patients....
