Worked mostly with Susan Pressler and the PT was great! Front Desk people always helpful and professional. The quality of care was exceptional and I highly recommend them. Had a hip joint replacement and they helped me regain strength and motion by showing me how to do the exercises working with me and by giving me hand outs for home exercises. Pressler PT has become my go-to facility for body pain due to injury and arthritis. The staff is helpful and courteous. Susan and Dale Pressler are very knowledgable, diligent and caring clinicians. They have treated my back, shoulder and neck with excellent results. The take-home exercises I have been given have enabled me to feel well after my treatments have ended. I am being treated for shoulder surgery and a herniated disc in the lower back. The best physical therapy I have ever had. You have complete one on one time with the physical therapist in a private room. Staff is very professional, acknowledging me by name every time I come in for an appointment. Never waited longer then five minutes to get to the room. Would highly recommend to someone who wants to be treated "old school" when it comes to therapy. Your not in a facility packed with other people, being given instructions on an exercise and then left alone to perform them. They book up fast so you need to make your appointments a week ahead to secure your time! read more

The Presslers are great therapist. However, the staffing is horrific. My doctor had sent orders over twice this year. They keep saying they don't have them. So I got my doctor to give them to me. I've been to the Presslers before for therapy. I called four times in one day with no one to answer their phone and no call backs. Two days, still no call back, no answer on their phone. Great PT specialist but the front desk help is sincerely atrocious! If you can deal directly with either of the Pressler's then do so, avoid the woman that runs the front desk as she is extremely unprofessional. Great PT services though! read more
