This is a huge corporation with nine offices, their website listing Lake Havasu as their central office. Wouldn't you think their office manager would be easily accessible and maybe even available to chat? In frustration, I called back again and again, trying every single button, choices one through six on their answering system, and at each one I got nowhere! Either "Leave all of your life details here and we will try to get back to you within 24 to 48 hours" OR No answer, "Ring, ring, ring, ring , ring, ring." Yes, I heard the message. If this is an emergency, hang up and call 911. It wasn't an emergency. I won't blame this office for the terrible service that I got at the Bullhead office but I will say that this office APPEARS no better managed and I see already that they have terrible reviews... primarily for the office staff! What I actually wanted were solutions to what we could do to aid me with natural means, lifestyle changes, and nutrients. I was doing all the right things and I became fairly educated on how blood pressure works. It did not mean that I was 100% correct but I took my personal care very seriously. A lot of patience don't listen or make any effort to change things to improve their heart issues. In the past, I have dealt with an unhealthy looking cardiologist as well as condescending ones. I did some research in Las Vegas and initially I was reluctant to go to another cardiologist because of my previous history with them. This practice had a fairly long wait for some of their on staff cardiologists, I was given the option of a practicing nurse with thorough cardiology experience. I actually was not reluctant because I had good experience with practicing nurses before. Jessica was absolutely professional and listened to me and we reviewed my history together. That day they did an EKG and everything was good with that. My next visit will be an ultrasound as well as bloodwork. So far, I have been happy, but I am cautious because of my history.

I requested a reasonable administrative accommodation to ensure I was not scheduled on the same day as another client with whom I share severe, documented trauma triggers and a history of bullying. Despite knowing my diagnosis of Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), she refused to accommodate this request or ensure our appointments wouldn't overlap on the same days. Ensuring a client feels physically and emotionally safe should be a primary ethical responsibility of any Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Refusing a basic scheduling precaution to protect a client dealing with severe trauma fell far short of that standard. I cannot recommend her services to anyone seeking a truly trauma-informed provider.
