All they want to do is send you to the emergency room because they don't want to deal with you. It's ridiculous. The nurse took my daughters temperature with the thermometer you point at the head and it was way off ( my daughter had a fever of 103 all week and there was no way it was 98). Went back a week later (today) and wanted her checked out and they wouldn't check her because they said the results from her Covid test were required when they NEVER said anything about that when we went the week before. And even if I didn't get her tested they still weren't going to see her which was bs. Don't waste your time coming here.

They are unqualified, uncaring and should not be employed in the medical field where empathy and compassion and ethics are requirements. On top of that, they had a security breach that disclosed personal information to hackers in January 2023. If you value your health, sanity and dignity, stay away from this miserable place.

They would not ALLOW me to switch from Annie to Dr. Freedman! It is their office policy that once you see one person, you are not allowed to see another. So now, in the middle of some pretty major health problems in other areas, I have to find a new physician who will not have my full history.
