He made our family feel very uncomfortable having to deal with his behavior. After over a year and a half we received our final cabinets and gave up on the cause. The only item removed from one of the cabinets was a prescription bottle, and is clearly seen in the employee's hand at the end of the video. The work quality was good and the counter top looks nice, but this experience was extremely upsetting to me and my wife. I sent the video to N2 Granite and was told the individual was fired.
