We did not have an appointment. We just happen to be in the area and decided to check out their inventory and hopefully get some guidance on how to select the items we needed for our remodel project. The young lady who helped us initially was hesitant. She had an appointment coming in in about 45 minutes and truthfully at the beginning, we were a little put off because no one seemed to take an interest in helping us. Then after we began asking questions did she realize we were going to be making some purchases that day she showed us around explained how to select style first then finish, she created a file in her system and walked us through all of the options. She was incredibly professional as it turns out and helped us with the selection of fixtures finishes, and the timeline for ordering! They have a huge selection of premium bath, kitchen and lighting fixtures. I would highly recommend stopping in -an appointment would be better- if you want expert guidance on a remodel in your home.

We had 4, but my husband purchased a real seat from Home Depot for the same price as the plastic one from Ferguson. At least guests who use the powder room won't think we are cheap. Danielle did not reply to my email so I stopped by the store to speak with her. She asked if they had been installed. Yes, they were installed before we moved in. I have never opened plumbing supplies to look at them before being installed by a plumber during the building process. Have you? This may sound silly, but make sure you know exactly what you are getting when shopping at the Mooresville Ferguson store.

The ladies at the store have been working here for as long as I can remember, and they run a nice store. The prices are great and they have all the appliances you'd find at places like Walmart/Target, as well as a lot more (like sous vide vacuum sealers, mixer attachments, and even Vitamix blenders). I remember a long time ago I bought my Kitchenaid Stand Mixer here and it's been a trusty culinary sidekick for nearly a decade. All the accessories have come from here as well. I found a couple of places online that were marginally cheaper, but I like the fact that I can pick it up same-day and I like the people here so it's a win-win to support the business. They always have deals and specials going on. It may look unassuming from the concourse of the mall, but make sure to give them a look. Upper management doesn't actually care about it's customers or employees. They are so far behind with basic things like online payments, decent internet connection for employees not at the corporate office, up charged and sub-par furnitire, etc. Do not, and I repeat, DO NOT spend your hard earned money at this place! They don't deserve any of your money or time. Don't apply to work here either. They have crazy turnover with employees because, once again, upper management doesn't care about its employees so no one gets adequate training to do their job. They're just thrown into the fire to try and figure it out. And unsurprisingly, most people don't make it more than a couple months because the stress and pressure of maintaining sales numbers gets to be too much. Stay away from Kimbrell's at all costs!
