I spoke with a fabulous associate (whose name is slipping my mind!) who was patient and knowledgeable. She explained some of the basics to me and made sure to tell me about the Brizo and Cambria lines that they carry (both of which I really like). At the time, I had very little to compare to this experience, but now that I've visited the competition down the road and the remodel expo this past weekend, I can't wait to head back to Robertson and make my first consultation appointment.

But after numerous unanswered phone calls & emails, and once getting through, delays and a raised price, I called Robertsons. In literally minutes, Rich e-mailed me an even better quote and said the installler could come measure Monday (this was Thursday, the other place said 3 weeks). After measuring, the countertop was manufactured and installed less than 2 weeks later. Rich was so nice and a joy to work with. LOVE the countertop! Will return to Robertsons when we do our master bath.

We phoned and set up an appointment to look at tile for the next weekend. We showed up on time, entered, and were not greeted by the one employee in the store. He didn't acknowledge us, didn't make eye contact, and proceeded to ignore us for the 15 minutes we were in the store. He was helping another customer. Fine. But how hard is it to say hello and tell us he would be with us in a minute? Nothing. We waited for 15 minutes then left. Went home and bought a thousand dollars of tile online instead. Disappointing.

I began communicating with them 6/22/26. There were emails back and forth several times, ironing out the details of the materials and work I wanted to have done. I thought it was odd that no one was calling me to discuss the details or to set up an appointment to come to my home to get exact details themselves. I got my first phone call from the company on 7/7/26. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and seemed to be very genuine. I explained I would be on vacation should see reach out and me not respond. She explained that their installers are a third party company and had to work with them to get the quote, but said she had all the information she now needed to get that. I was given the impression that I would have the quote to me by the time I returned from vacation. I did not. A month has now passed since my initial contact with the company. I emailed them 7/27/26 asking about the quote, and the response I received was that they were still waiting on the 3rd party (installers) and the person they were waiting on was on vacation and wouldn't be back for another 2 weeks. At that point I was sure, as I had suspected earlier, that I was being strung along the whole time. I have no respect for people/companies that operate on lies. Just be honest with customers and tell them you don't want the job or you are too busy to get to it. Total disrespect. Everyone's time is valuable. I truly don't know how people can do this to people. Friends that wanted similar work done were waiting to see how things went with mine. I have already begun sharing my experience with those people and others and I will continue to do so. I do NOT recommend this company in any capacity.

Our 25 year old kitchen was transformed into such a beautiful and modern space. Mindy really knows her stuff and will help you along the way with your plan. The installers were really top notch, were so precise and exacting with every measurement and they truly took pride in their craft. The trim work is beautiful. And they were really easy to be around which is important since you will be together for a couple weeks. Everyone who was in the house--cabinet installers, the plumber, the paint and plaster guys, the electrician--was really, really nice. There is so much to coordinate with the timing of a project like this and all the people who work behind the scenes like Bert, Dave and Bernie were extremely quick to respond to all of my calls and texts. We are so thrilled with the results.

They installed all of the flooring in our Heartland home…read more The wood flooring they had on display was NOT representative of what was installed, and they knew this but blamed the manufacturer. I had many many repair trips to fix sloppy tile work, amongst other things. Within one year of installation of the carpet, it got ridiculously loose and buckled in multiple rooms. It has separated in different areas where you can see a gap in the pad. I'm well past the warranty at this point, but it was noted on my punch list (6 years ago) and they told me I could have it repaired in the future. Well, it's the future (present actually, ha), and they have ignored my repair requests, even though everything was properly documented. Lastly, I was going to pay them for some other repairs, like tile that my kids broke, and they ignored that too. So now, it's going to cost me a few hundred dollars to fix the AWFUL install job that they never did correctly, and they've earned this review

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Christy provided us with many options to choose from and great advice during our selection process. Judy did a great job in scheduling our job around other contractors. Ronaldo and his team did an excellent job with installation. We get many compliments on how great the floor looks and how well it was installed. Some people think its wood or LVT.
