We bought an Ashley Cannonbrook sectional that was delivered in August 2024. Within about 100 days of normal family use, the seats were sagging, the cushions lost their shape, and one of the main seams ripped open so the inside material is exposed. This is not normal wear and tear for a new sectional. Furniture of Dalton submitted a claim to Ashley, but Ashley called it normal wear and tear and only offered filler and casings with no labor. After that, the store told me they could not do anything further to help. When I spoke with Terry Parmer, I did not feel like he was trying to find a solution. As a Client Relations Manager myself, the way this was handled felt very dismissive and focused on deflecting responsibility rather than taking care of a longtime customer. At this point I have had to go through my bank, BBB, and consumer protection just to try to get a fair resolution. All I am asking for is a refund and for them to pick up the defective sectional. Based on this experience, I would not purchase from Furniture of Dalton again.

There is so much to choose from so be sure to plan a little time to look around. Customer service has a strong point. Don has been really helpful and is someone I would recommend asking for. The guys in the shipping department were also helpful and careful with our purchases. They have an outlet store that almost shares the same parking lot. Be sure to price check! I used to love going to this store because of the prices and the staff, but the staff had gotten so…read moreunfriendly and rude. And I've realized the stuff there is cheap, because it's made poorly. It may feel like a bargain, but everything I've purchased has broken quickly, especially the furniture. Last time I went I was taking a bit to decide between a couple higher priced items and someone, pretty sure the manager, made a nasty comment about it. Not just once, but also at checkout. I ended up leaving without anything because I was so uncomfortable. Sad that it has come to this.

It's even more impressive how well it's held up considering we have four young children and a dog, and the carpet we chose is a pretty light color (Silver Birch). We have been extremely happy with the softness, quality of construction, and how easily spills can be blotted up. We also have a large Earth Weave Catskill area rug which has also held up beautifully over the years despite being in a high-traffic area. I called the company directly today because I would like to order another of their rugs in a custom shape and size, and the person I spoke with was very helpful and accommodating. I'm very grateful this company exists so that we can have *truly* nontoxic, beautiful, high quality wool carpets in our home.

After receiving the carpet we noticed the color, pile height and cut pile where all completely different than our sample. Now after designing a complete remodel and purchasing everything to match the carpet they are telling us we are out of luck. I read the website and am aware of some slight differences in color tones but this carpet is a completely different color, not to mention half the pile height and different cut patterns.
