Driving in Knoxville can be a nightmare, and now it seems people are crazier than ever. We got side-swiped a bit ago, and took our Prius to Dalton Collision. Mr. Dalton was great to talk to, and very straightforwards, and the agent that helped us, Pete, was professional, and did a great job of clarifying the damage. They did a really great job of dealing with the damage and not only brought the car back to looking new, did a couple of extra unexpected things that made the experience even better. They took a little longer than expected, because they took the time to make sure that ALL the damage was dealt with, not just the immediate stuff. They also took care to test drive the vehicle a couple of times, to ensure that all was good. However, speaking of good customer service, when it became clear that it was going to take a day or three longer, they were quick to update us and keep us in the loop. Bottom line? We had a great experience with Dalton Collision. Our vehicle was damaged by a hit and run driver. My husband got the plate number for the other driver, so their insurance paid for the repairs. We had to have a rental truck that could be used by my husband for work, and Dalton Collision expedited that. This business did an excellent repair job on my 2017 Nissan Versa Note. There was damage to my front spoiler in the amount of about $1000.00. They had to replace the spoiler and paint the repair. The work was perfect. I was amazed that they had it accomplished in three days. When I picked the vehicle up it was completely detailed from inside to outside.
