I 100% recommend Elaine Dalton if you are looking for an attorney to help you with a will. I was amazed at how quickly my first appointment happened, and the follow-up appointment was handled quickly as well. A great experience, and at a very reasonable price as well. I cannot say enough great things about her and the entire office! read more

Elaine and her staff are extraordinary! Our family has received incredible customer care from Elaine for many years now. She has assisted me with the sale of our family property... several familial wills and trusts. She was also there to comfort and support me when my beautiful Mom passed. Elaine is genuine, trustworthy.... she cares about people and she epitomizes what every law person should strive to be like. Even her dog Sky is nice! Her office feels like home and she focuses on YOU and what your needs are. Her pricing has always been fair too. If you want help with real estate, wills,trusts... run to her... you will never regret it! read more

When I first contacted Elaine, she was great. But in the end when push came to shove she dropped the ball. I was closing on the sale of my home (that was part of my mother's estate), something I had no intention of doing, but medical issues changed that.. Elaine was contacted and she told me I would need to push the closing date back a month so she could get the Probate document I needed... I was thinking great 1 month is no problem... Cut to 4 months past that initial month, and I finally get the document needed. In the interim she filed several wrong documents, didn't file the original attempt until 2 weeks past the original date she told me. And then up and quit in the middle of the whole thing... The Lawyer for the buyer somehow got her to come back and file the correct paperwork and I finally got my document to sell.. As a person I have always liked Elaine Dalton, but after this I do not care for her as a lawyer... she lacks competence and knowledge of the field she proclaims to handle... all this waiting put me over $14K in debt to my Aunt who was paying all my bills including my mortgage during this waiting game.. If not for my Aunt, Elaine would have left me homeless and in debt.... read more

I went to this lawyer regarding an estate I needed help with instead of agreeing to take money out…read moreof the estate she had me pay a consultation fee of $375 then pressed me for $2000 for a retainer..she said she had a few people not pay her and it was right before Christmas and she was strapped for cash...I told her I could put some of the money on a credit card...a few days before Christmas her secretary called and said she was too busy to represent me...so basically she pocketed my $375 for a consultation knowing she didn't have time to represent me...I asked to speak with her and her secretary said she was on vacation...supposedly...I waited then called back and she has refused to speak with me...she knew that was all the cash I had...if you are too busy to represent someone don't give them a consult and pocket their cash then refuse to speak with them...hopefully someone else won't make the same mistake I did by trusting her
