I give this review 5 stars and I hope Yelp will post our review for the Zanni & Pesce Law Office. Vinnie Pesce and his paralegal Rae Marie were instrumental in helping us file a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. This was and hopefully will be our first and last time we will file bankruptcy but they were phenomenal. They helped us and talked us through the entire process. They were available via, phone, text(s) and in person meetings in case we had any questions (of which there were many). They told us what information we needed to provide and we were able to submit documents either via fax or bring it to the office at our own convenience. Bankruptcy in itself is so stressful and we felt so embarrassed to even have to seek an attorney ~ but they made us feel that it was nothing to be ashamed of and that we were not alone. It was clear that they knew exactly what to do and they obviously have had much experience. Vinnie met us at the Courthouse and we went before a trustee...the meeting took no more than 15 minutes or so but we felt so much more secure with Vinnie by our side acting on our behalf. Our experience with Attorney Pesce was exceptional. They worked long and hard with our bankruptcy case which had a lot of obstacles to get through. He was always on the level with us about the options of chapter 7, chapter 13 and the possibility that we may not even qualify at all. I always felt like he put everything on the table so there were never any surprises. Even though our process took a little longer than normal, it was worth the wait as we were just discharged for Chapter 7 at the end of December. He has helped me with a couple closings, answered real estate questions, notarized many documents, and recorded multiple deeds for me at the registry of deeds for me over the years. I am not sure how there are any bad reviews on this page for this Law office. My husband and I went to them a couple years ago when we had to file bankruptcy. They helped us every step of the way and everything that they said would happen did. A couple years later we went back for guidance on buying our first home.
