My boyfriend and I came here after our workout at Planet Fitness, which is right next to it, and when I pulled the door open this angry Asian man told us to come to the window...so we did. This place is a dump. I bought a pastry here and it was moldy, they wouldn't let me return it. My company credit card, I work for a multi million dollar plumbing company, wouldn't work at the pump and he told me the bank cancelled my card. The rudest guy I've ever met, yelling at me yet my card was no good. It's funny that I went up two blocks to Mission and got has no problem. read more

I have to give a star but will never come here again. California law states you must provide free air and water if gas is purchased. He refused to follow the law and continued to try and charge me for air. Had my tire been ok I would have gone elsewhere. He then refused to give me change unless I purchased something. I'm a regular customer here, but I had the worst experience the other day that will probably prevent me from ever coming back. I filled my gas tank, grabbed my receipt, and was ready to take off until I took a quick glimpse of my receipt. I NEVER look at my receipts, but for some reason that day, I quickly skimmed it to see how much I was charged. Long story short, I saw that I got charged premium, when I was POSITIVE I clicked regular. I went to talk to the cashier, which was such a waste of time. I told him my situation, but he didn't even care and acted like it was MY fault. He tried to blame ME for clicking the wrong button. He told me he could check the video cameras to prove that I clicked the wrong button, so I told him to PLEASE show me the video so I could clearly show him I DIDN'T F****** click the wrong button. Being a regular customer, I'm very familiar with their machines. The video would even show me looking back a second time to make sure I ONLY hit the "87" regular gas button. He refused to show me the video and said that I would have to come back the next day to talk to the manager. He saw me calling someone and finally decided to calm down. I was mind blown by the fact that he kept pointing fingers at me and made me think I was at fault. I thought that was the worst customer service for anyone to make the customer feel at fault. I was so tempted to go back the next day just to prove him wrong. I know it was only a few extra cents that would be better for my engine, but it was the principle of the matter. The whole time, he was trying to push me away and make me feel like an idiot because I noticed what the company probably does to their customers. I told him he better get his machine checked because it honestly felt like a scam. Whether it was the wiring of the machine or not, he should handle it differently. I wouldn't just waste my time explaining it to him if I knew I was wrong. Since I do pump from this gas station frequently, I don't even know if this happened to me before now. I was so shocked at how he responded to the situation that I WILL tell people about this, and I WON'T be filling from this place again. All in all, I'm glad I actually checked my receipt for once because this would have probably happened again if I were to ever come back. Be careful, and ALWAYS check your receipts, especially at this place. The place may be conveniently located, but given my experience, I recommend driving down the street to pump gas at more reliable business. read more

This gas station is a little expensive, but in a very convenient location. I added an extra star, because my truck has a very steep angle that makes most gas pumps get stuck and this station is the only station that I can find that the pump doesnt get stuck. read more

I would of give zero star man. If you are trying to use your credit card to pay for gas here, DON'T! That day I used my card to pay but it didn't work and I have filled no gas in, so I left this freaking gas station. Later on it charged me $35.60 and the bank couldn't even help me get it back. I am extremely upset because the store clerk was very rude to me. I came in wanting to purchase a lottery ticket, only to find that my debit card would not go through the machine. The clerk told me that MY PIN number was entered wrong, but how can someone you don't even know tell you something that you know can never be wrong? He forced me to buy the already printed ticket, yet I had no cash on me. I was in a predicament that was not even my fault. I called my bank and they told me nothing was wrong. There was an ATM in the store, which charged a service fee of $2.50, and he forced me to use it. I entered my PIN on the machine and my money came out, so obviously there was something wrong with the system - not me. To add to this, the Chinese cashier treated me in a very disrespectful way, regardless of it being my birthday. read more

Whenever I need to air my tires I come here and even though it's free, when the clerk is not busy he always offers to help. I keep forgetting to ask for his name, because he is not the only store clerk there and he could not have been the same person that the other yelpers are complaining about, because he is always friendly and helpful and nice. I walked in to get $5 gas for my pick up truck and the cashier named SUNNY got upset why I am only getting $5 for a pick up truck. So far, I didn't see any sign saying customers have to pay a certain amount to buy gas. It's MY truck so it's NONE of your business if I want to buy only $1 gas. I was on my way to the station that I always go to where the staff have great customer service but I was afraid my gas wasn't enough. That's why I pass by this 76 to buy only $5 but was met by this older Asian cashier named STORMY, I meant Sunny!! Didn't want to go down his level and argue his rudeness so I just walked out but Management should pay attention to people they hire.
