The service here is the best!! We needed a little maintenance work done before the next camping trip. I called Janice and Brandi and was told to bring our RV in. The guys in the back had this thing ready to go the next day. They had offered to have it fixed the day we brought it in,but I wanted them to get home to be with their family so we told them not to be rush that we coiud get it the next day. Absolutely awful customer service as well as over priced. They are the only game around, they know it and treat people as such. I've used them several times for various fixes on my camper. Always over priced. Last experience, I took my camper to file an insurance claim after a hurricane. After my camper sat at there shop for 2 weeks with zero communication. They finally look at it and decide they don't feel like messing with it, because my insurance company can be tough to deal with. He pretty much told us that if you didn't have farmers insurance, it wasn't worth his time. My wife and I ask about paying for it our selves. We are told, yeah we may be able to get to it in 6 to 8 weeks.... they inform us he's selling so many campers. He's only interested in quick cash jobs. That ours would take to long to fix. I live only 5 minutes from their location and after being in their several times, I will choose to go somewhere else. Unfortunately, my review will be consistent with most of the other reviews. I am currently in need of getting my rv serviced and having some repairs done. After asking about scheduling an appointment, keep in mind that we were addressed from people sitting at a desk in the other room, they did not appear to want our business. Their lack of attention and desire to help was less than appreciative. My wife and I left the counter to shop for some other supplies when I asked her if she got the same impression as I. She confirmed. I absolutely hate to drive 30 plus minutes to the next closest dealer, but after 5 bad experiences, we do not think this mentality will change. Everyone has bad days, so my wife and I try to give the benefit of the doubt. The one thing that we have control of as customers, is who and where we choose to spend our money. We have been to this lot 3 separate occasions. No one greets you when you walk in, you are just glared at by ladies in a further back office. I had to ask them for help, which they said they would call someone up. The first two times, I waited over 15 minutes and no one came up. We kept returning only because they have a Class A we are seriously interested in, or otherwise we would have completely written off the lot due to horrendous customer service. Went back a third time. My husband was actually helped within the first 5 minutes by the owner's son. He told my husband in order to look, we had to do a credit application. I'm not putting a point on my credit for something I'm not even sure I want to purchase, which was explained to the salesman. The salesman said I'm sorry you feel that way & told my husband to have a nice day. Wouldn't waste your time trying to deal with these people. read more

Would of given 0 stars but have to pick at least one star to leave a review. We were in love with our 2019 brand new off the lot Wildwood camper, it was everything we were looking for! Our first camping experience with it my husband was left working on it more than he was enjoying our vacation! Our back bunkhouse was flooded due to the bolts not being tightened, our children's clothes were ruined, also our outdoor kitchen was messed up. The bathroom floor had gotten so wet from the toilet that it ruined our brand new rug! When the slide-out is in, the handle under the dinette table HITS THE WALL! The cooking eye for our outside kitchen was throwing an error code and not cooking anything! The radio was messing up and not playing any music and was having to be reset more than being able to just turn on and hit play, it was ridiculous! The quality of the camper seemed to be rushed putting together as we have had to clean so much wood chips under appliances. We had our final straw when the refrigerator started making a loud noise when you could even hear it from outside, we LOST EVERYTHING in the freezer and refrigerator! We called and they said to bring up since under warranty and they asked when we needed it back by, we gave the date... called again to get an update and just remind them that we need it by than (SINCE THEY ASKED!) "sir we have not been able to even look at your camper as we have over 15 in front of yours and they need theirs this weekend" so we asked if they were all brand new campers also, because when we purchased a brand new one we excepted excellence for the price, THEIR WARRANTY quote on the website "We take care in explaining each campers manufacturers warranty and if you do experience a problem, we're committed to resolving these issues and keep you camping!" Obviously this is not true because you have already had my camper for almost a month now and I gave an extended due date when needed by and no one seems to care at this point and it's not like we live around the corner to check on everyday or run and speak to someone in person regarding on dissatisfaction (we are over 2hrs away) After calling and asking to speak to Alan, the owner, they have supposedly bypassed 15 campers in front of ours to pull in the shop to only look at the refrigerator. Went on their Yelp page and many buyers are disgusted with them. They have had campers vandalized, copper wires stripped, broken into and TVs stolen and they do not account for anything. Although, not to our knowledge has our camper been broken into or harmed in anyway we will be highly distraught to find out if it has and more issues will arise with this dealership. read more

I wanted to post a review after being shocked by the bad ones on here. These guys were a class act. I saw an amazing RV deal on Craigslist, drove all the way from Raleigh to check it out, and was able to tour it myself with absolutely no pressure. I was amazed at the value and was able to meet with the owner himself to purchase it with financing the same day. They cleaned, inspected, and delivered the RV on my schedule and in perfect condition. The RV has been heavily used so far and shows no signs of any problem. Don't pass them by! read more

The best thing about Daly RV is that Adam's BBQ down the road is a great place to eat while you're waiting for them to fix your rig. We purchased a NEW (brand spanking) RV from Daly 6 mos ago. Since then, it has been nothing but trouble. So far, our new RV has been on their lot being worked on more than on vacation with us in our first summer of ownership. Specific complaints: 1. Safety/security of lot. While our camper has been on the lot being serviced, they have been broken into twice and several campers have been vandalized with TVs & copper wiring stripped out and stolen. 2. Sloppy service. We had some of our belongings in the camper damaged while they were working on other non-related issues. 3. Inattentive sales staff. They do not call customers to give updates when work cannot be completed in the scheduled time. We constantly have had to call or visit to see for ourselves the progress (or lack thereof) of work being done to our unit. When their main mechanic had a death in his family and our camper's repair work was delayed, no one bothered to call or let us know. So, when we showed up at the previously appointed time to pick up our unit to go out of town, it was THEN that we were told the circumstances of why it was not ready. A phone call would have been nice so we could have planned around this. 4. Understaffed garage. We have been told multiple times by the owner that they were behind BEFORE the robberies and the mechanic's death in the family...then came hurricane Irene and now they are further behind. 5. Apointments mean nothing. We gave them a two week window to get caught up and made an appointment to get the previously NOT COMPLETED issues taken care of. After they had our RV for two weeks, we called to inquire about the progress and were told that they hadn't gotten to it yet. We later discovered that they hadn't even ordered the parts. It's now been a month and we still have no camper. Scheduled to go out of town tomorrow and hoping they will piece it back together for our trip. Hoping we can get a hotel room at the last minute just in case. 6. Uncaring management. Doors falling off hinges, leaking facets and fixtures, an electric jack that freezes up for no reason, a wheel that wobbles, large parts falling out from the underbelly...we were told that these were "minor issues". When we complained about the amount of time it was taking to get our camper back, the owner got angry with US for being upset. I think when you invest this kind of money in something, you have the right to expect it to work properly and be available for use when you want to use it. Daly RV has left a bad taste in our mouth for RVs and camping in general. Never had this much drama booking a hotel. If we can ever get rid of this camper, it will be our last! read more
