The thing that was different from a home inspection is that Erik took extra time to point out the various issues he found, explaining them in detail and answering my questions along the way. I learned a ton about my trailer in the process, and we got a detailed report full of useful information and tips about operating it, major issues that need repair, etc. I'd definitely recommend Erik, he's very knowledgeable and has been working with RVs (and is an owner himself) for a long time. He's great to work with, and is detailed and thorough in his inspection.

I called the day after I arrived and let them know I was in town and flexible for the next three weeks and would be available at whatever time of day they could fit me in for a few issues I was having with my RV. The receptionist asked me to put my RV issues in an email so she could send them to the technician. I did the same day and prioritized the issues so that if they only had time to assist me with one of the four, at least I'd have one of them fixed. The issues I had weren't out of the ordinary or difficult problems. I just needed help from an expert. That was Monday. By Friday, I had not received a reply to my email or a returned phone call. I called again the following Monday. She said she would remind the technician about the email and that they would get back to me. I waited until Friday and, again...nothing. I called back again, left a message. The receptionist called me back about an hour after I had left the message and told me they weren't able to fit me into their schedule. This was on a Friday, after 2pm. If you own an RV, you know how difficult it is to find anyone on a weekend. After two of the three weeks I was here I waited for them to give me the courtesy of returning my email and/or my phone call. At no time did they say there was a possibility of not fitting me into their schedule. At the very least, she could have given me that information and the name of another reputable RV tech in the area. She apologized and THEN gave me the name of another company in the area, but also mentioned she wasn't sure if they were any good. I'm still frustrated and now I have only one week to find someone to help me or risk traveling to another city and hope for the best. I don't think I feel this frustrated if they would have simply told me they were too busy during my first conversation with them. It would have given me more time to find someone else.

A check in on Yelp popped up with a 20% of the first night for new customers which they told me was a new one to them but seemed to be unconcerned about removing it from Yelp. They brought a delivered envelope to us which was nice. We couldn't find a mask so asked that it be left on the patio table. All sites we have seen include a patio table and two chairs. There is one spot on the lake. The shoreline is shared with a church organization that posts no trespassing so we're limited to about 1/3 of the shoreline.

I was referred to Mark by a friend. I have a vintage travel trailer that I couldn't find anyone to…read morework on. I was having major electrical issues. Brake, signal and tail lights were sporadic at best. Not only was Mark able to diagnose the problem very fast, he also had the wiring and harnesses to fix the problem right on the job site. Oh yeah, he also came to the trailer location, which is a great bonus especially when I was dealing with electrical issues. Not only did he fix the electrical problem, but he also spotted a problem with the old brake line on the trailer and was able to replace those at the same time. This really could have been a major problem that I could have faced on the road. In summary, Mark (and Mobile Diesel Medic) was VERY professional, extremely knowledgeable, and really friendly. As I have said on a different review... Mark is also the type of guy you wouldn't mind having a beer with. (Of course, after he works on your vehicle).

Our site information was available for us at the office. We pulled into our site, hooked up and were set for the night. We left pretty early in the morning so we weren't able to explore many of the amenities. You did hear some of the residual noise from the highway due to the location but it was okay. It was extremely easy stopping here for the night and the sites were nice.

The woman asked if it was our first time there and we said yes. We proceeded to buy firewood only to get to our site and find out there is no fire ring. Apparently you have to rent one. The woman made no mention of that to us. Sites in the back of the park were nicely shaded but there appears to be quite a few seasonal campers there and they definitely do not keep up on tidiness in their site. The dog park was loaded with dog mess that other owners never bothered to pick up even though there were scoopers and bags at the spot. We spoke to someone who has stayed there before and said the place has gone downhill since new owners took over. Very disappointed as we were hoping this would become a regular spot for us.
