im serious, go elsewhere to get an appointment first seems…read moreto be slow and a headache. i was recommend by people who had great things to say and wished i could back them up. for an office with chronically ill patients they don't seem to respect their time or body limitations. i would think given the wait time is 5+ hours/ it's for people who need specialized care because of their body capacity, there would be more comfort in the waiting room, not dining room chairs. I've called numerous times about getting prescriptions filled and there seems to be such a disconnection in the communication between the office parts, that they didn't even have them in my chart... i honestly called in tears after trying for the last week, my body responds to stress and flares up, and i just felt like the person on the phone did everything they could to spoon feed me some answer and tell me now they're in my chart so the process should be easier..... that wasn't the point. i should've had my prescription filled without tears or being upset in my body. honestly just do better in every aspect. the decorations were unique though

When I asked questions to better understand what he was telling me, his responses felt condescending and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing him.Patients deserve respect, patience, and clear communication, and I did not receive any of that during this appointment. At no point did I feel supported or respected as a patient seeking clarity about my condition. Instead, the overall tone of the visit left me feeling more confused and frustrated than when I arrived.Patients deserve a provider who listens, communicates clearly, and treats them with empathy, and I did not receive that during my visit with Dr. Verma.

Over a week ago a pre op sign off was sent by my surgeon to Heart House for sign off. Finally yesterday my husband got Heather from scheduling and she gave us her fax and she contacted dr to sign off. Not my dr signed, dr giri..for some reason dr giri wrote down a different surgeon????my surgeon's office just called and can't get anyone to answer from the heart house, not even on a doctors office line. This is totally un exceptable. heart house now trying to "figure out what to do next". This was an important medical document
