A full half an hour after the appointed time - they did not show up or call. I called three times over the next hour and my wife called once and Progressive also called once. The last time my wife called, we were told if we called again they would cancel the order! At that time, we contacted Progressive and asked them to.cancel the call and order us another tow provider. Coastal towing responded promptly and took care of us with efficiency and respectfully. I even gave the guy a ten dollar tip. Ten minutes before Coastal showed up - gr8ventures finally arrives - a full two hours and fifteen minutes late. I told him that we cancelled are request for their service and waited the additional ten minutes for Coastal towing to arrive.
