They're one of the stores that carry this variety as it is a new species pansy that launched last year. It's quite a drive from the Twin Cit, but it is well worth it because they are decent size green house inspite that I went early in the year. I'm sure if you go during the regular open seasons, they will be full of different variety of plants. Very clean store and well organize. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Their prices are pretty decent, especially when it comes to those Japanese pansy that other place charged double. I would definitely recommend this place beside that 1 Hour drive up to Isanti.

The bare root trees are, of course, young, but more established than the seedlings you could get from the state nursery. And you don't have to buy 100! This is a great option if you are on a really tight budget and/or looking to reforest an area. I always take a swing through the garden center as well. There are some great bargains on garden decor, as long as you know your prices. Good gift shopping.

Several of those I was told I'd be called back, I never was. - I called again saying I'd like a refund a month ago, and only then I was told "no problem, we'll get it" - Nelson's called me with pickup times over the weeks of waiting... when talking with them, they'd then tell me they were mistaken and they didn't have it or know when it was coming in. - I got an email on Friday saying it was ready for pickup - and then I drove there with a trailer only for them to tell me it's not there. I waited for 20minutes while people ran around trying to find someone that knew about this situation. I was told I would be called on Monday. The manager couldn't be bothered to talk to me in person. Yesterday I received no call. - No offer for any sort of compensation to right this wrong. - I finally get a chance to talk to them on the phone and they take zero responsibility for these issues. I asked them for my money back. They had the rude audacity to tell me that because they have an extra tree they are the victim of this situation. I've tried to talk to a manager, nope. I've tried reaching out to senior management, nope. This place is incredibly mismanaged and unorganized. There are better nurseries out there, I'll be recommending those to others in the future.

I bought it on Sunday and 4 days later (Thursday) the inpatients in it had died. It's surrounded by beautiful blue Laguna which is what attracted me in the first place. When I called, I was talking with an employee who wasn't sure what to do so she put me on hold and someone else came to the phone. This woman's tone was harsh and she came into the conversation with me rude right out the bat, when I gave her feedback she got defensive and told me she didn't what was going on so she needed to know the story. (Odd seeing as I was on hold and maybe they could have communicated to each other before she picked up the line) either way, she asked me to send her a picture...so I did (I'll insert below) she told me the plant was overwatered... weird because I've watered it 3/4 days and decided to take a 1 day break to see if that was the case, when I explained it to her she said well "he's saying then it's under-watered." Who is he? Why is there a round about answer? I'm frustrated. For the record I'm 27 and have never left a review in my life but I felt compelled.

We brought Beau in to help put the area back in order and beautify our home. He did not disappoint! From design to implementation this service has been absolutely stellar. He came up with gorgeous options with attention to my needs and desires. Then, when it came time to do the hard work, his team was quick to schedule, diligent in performing meticulous work and left the area immaculate (not to mention stunning). Our whole family has had permanent ear-to-ear grins and we plan to have more work done by Elk River Nursery as soon as possible. Just a couple more comments - as you all know, this season has been unkind to construction crews of all kinds but in particular those who work outdoors given all the rain and heat we have experienced, Beau and his team were so accommodating with scheduling and always made me feel like my project was the most important in their to do list.
