Overpriced, was very difficult to get a hold of after agreeing on a multi-site job, and missed several entire sections of the properties.

From the initial evaluation to the final jack being installed, the crew was extremely professional and proficient at their craft. Patrick, the crew foreman was excellent at explaining each task and going into detail eliminating any area of question or doubt. Alex and Dale were part of the Support crew of which neither stood idle and the job finished on time as promised thanks to their good work ethic. The Poly level crew Kalen and Jace were in and out so quickly, it seemed unreal, and hardly a trace of the holes drilled to apply expandable foam can be seen. Great Job! We had two buildings that were in need of foundation work. Two quotes accomplished between Shore Up Foundation Repair and one other competitor. The competition had a price tag that of 86% more in cost putting it well above $100,000 for repairs. No complaints about the other company other than the extremely high price. Shore Up Foundation Repair matched recommended repairs same as their competition without knowing that we had another quote. This provided some comfort knowing two professionals are pointing out almost verbatim the same areas of concern. The big difference is that Shore Up Foundation Repair did the job for a fraction of the cost requested by its competition. Overall, the crew was extremely professional, finished on time as promised, and the quality of work is excellent. The price was affordable and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I'm so glad I followed my gut and hired ShoreUp Foundation! I cannot say enough great things about Eric and his team. They are fair, honest, and deeply committed to ethics. Our home turned out to be a challenging project with plenty of unexpected obstacles, but the crew never once complained. They even had to fend off hornets! Adlai and his team--Kalen and Wesley--took exceptional care of us and eased every concern I had. Not only were they able to stop further movement, but they also managed to get our brick back to its original placement. Their pricing is very fair, and they never try to upsell unnecessary additions (like a new lintel or extra piers) the way some other companies I spoke with did. The military discount was an added bonus and genuinely appreciated. To give you an idea of the caliber of this company: when I mentioned to the owner, Eric, that I'd been having a somewhat challenging time finding work after moving here, he immediately texted his dad--who's in the same industry--to keep an eye out for opportunities for me. That level of kindness and genuine care is rare, and it speaks volumes about the type of people you're trusting with your home. Please heed my advice as someone who is highly particular: hire ShoreUp Foundation. You simply won't find a more respectful, kind, and professional team.

Then explained how the paint would be applied, safely and efficently all in a way we could understand. Chris and Mallory and Mr. Kilgore arrived on time, did the days work, organized their tools and supplies picked up all loose paper tape any thing out of the ordinary before leaving for the day. They were friendly courteous, the whole team deserves this 5 Star gold rating. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you all. G / B Jones

The short story: The painters did not show up as scheduled; I did not get the work that I was promised; I had to do part of the job myself and did not get a discount for it; they broke my television; I had to spend another $95 to replace the paint they had ruined. The long story: My sister was moving in with me in November and I needed to get her room painted and ready before Thanksgiving. I had given the walls 1 coat of paint, but felt it needed another coat. I also wanted two coats on the room's cathedral ceiling and one coat on my cathedral den ceiling. Will came by to eyeball the project. He said that he saw "flashing" on the walls and recommended two more coats of paint on the walls. He also said that the 3 gallons of yellow paint that I had would not be enough for the two coats. He gave me an estimate for the following work: 1 coat of paint on the den ceiling; 2 coats on the bedroom ceiling; 2 coats of paint on the bedroom walls; 1 coat on the bathroom walls, spray painting the 2 AC returns in the bedroom. He assured me that he would be on site during the entire project supervising his crew. I felt that his estimate was high ($1,200) and reminded him that only 1/2 of the bathroom walls needed to be painted. I had done the rest. He agreed to reduce his price by $150. Even though I thought the price was still a bit steep, I retained him anyway and made arrangements for him and his crew to come by on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. They never showed up or called to say they weren't coming. Because I was in a time crunch, I began painting the room myself. I had just given the bedroom ceiling one coat, except for a small part over the high plant ledge (and I had also missed two spots lower down) when Will contacted me. He had gotten me confused with another client and that is why the painters didn't show. He apologized. I thanked him but told him that I had started the project myself and would finish it, but no hard feelings. His response: "make me an offer." I offered him $700 to do the remainder of the work that he had originally outlined, minus the first ceiling coat. When I arrived home and saw the work, I was taken aback. The bedroom ceiling clearly hadn't been given a second coat because I could clearly see to the two spots that I had missed. While they did finish the bathroom and den ceiling, the painters had not applied the two coats that were promised in the bedroom. You could still see through paint where I had stopped painting on one of the walls. What's more, instead of being short of paint I had nearly 2 full cans left over. The AC returns had not been painted and had been put back up dirty. Finally, Will had not stayed on site to supervise the work, as he had promised. I told Will about the bedroom ceiling, his painter admitted that he had merely finished the first coat over the plant ledge. He said he "didn't think it needed a second coat," even though I was paying for 2 coats. To his credit, Will personally gave the ceiling a second coat that day. I contacted will again because his painters had broken my television when they were moving it. I also told Will that the walls looked uneven, probably because his crew did not give them the two coats that I had paid for. He apologized again and said he would fix the TV and be back to personally apply the second coat. When he came the following week, he went to pour the remaining yellow paint into a 5 gallon bucket. Unfortunately, he grabbed a can of white paint instead and added it to the yellow paint, thereby ruining both gallons of paint. He'd have to come back on another day. That weekend, I had to buy 2 more gallons of yellow paint, costing me $95 dollars. I also started painting the walls in my sister's bedroom because her furniture started to arrive. A few days later, Will came by and finished the bedrooms that I had not gotten to. He fixed the television. In our email correspondence, Will was very apologetic but did not reply to my request for a reimbursement for the paint that he had spoiled. He also did not give me a refund for 2nd coat of paint that I had applied to the bedroom walls. Will is a nice guy, but I would not use his painters again nor can I recommend them.
