Katie and Kristina used text messaging to communicate with me since I can rarely answer my phone during the work day. When the cleaners are here, they're always extremely polite and even operate based on my schedule (running the vacuum when I'm not on a call, jumping into my office to clean between my work, etc). They always ask me as soon as they arrive if there's something particular they should focus on or an area that needs special attention, and then walk me through each room at the end to ensure nothing was missed. Overall, the service has been invaluable. I'm no longer staring at dusty shelves during presentations, constantly vacuuming my dogs pet hair on my lunch break, or picking up after my little ones through the evenings. There's something about a clean house that just allows you to concentrate!! You truly can't put a price on receiving time back during a busy life. The technician demanded cash ($300) to get the needed springs. We should have ended the deal right then. He returned the next day and installed the springs and collected another$300 via credit card. The door was working but making a terrible noise. he said he could fix that for more money. We declined. Today the side of the door that did not have a problem is totally torn apart and the door doesn't work at all. We suspect the wrong springs were used and have called another company to fix the mess.
