Always a quick visit, very clean, friendly staff, from start to finish! My kids always hated going to the dentist, now they look forward to their appointments. Thanks Grand Terrace team!

Unfortunately,on two bottom teeth the glue or bonding material wore off so the wire was not fixed to those teeth. Fortunately, today 360 orthodontics took good care of me. They just added the glue/ bonding material I was in the treatment chair no more than 10 minutes and I was not charged since they didn't need to replace the whole fixed retainer on the bottom. I can't speak for others , but they have usually been good to me. I recommend them. Thank you 360 orthodontist! I appreciate that you fixed me right up :)

Constantly changing staff, misleading "$2k braces" marketing, and treatment that drags on forever because they only schedule appointments every three months. Its a circus in there! After over three years, my bite and teeth were still wrong. I asked the orthodontist how much longer and she would say "3 more months" then "5 more", she was not being honest. Next thing you know I was about to hit 4 years with a messed up bite and teeth. They clearly don't care. Be 10 minutes late? They cancel your appointment and push you back weeks. Oh but they can text you they're running behind because of short staffing. This place is poorly run, misleading, and not worth the time, money, or stress. You get what you pay for.

When Dr. Trammel learned my father passed away he put a rush on my dad's bridge so that he may be buried with a full set of teeth. But the years caught up with this dentist. 6-7 years ago he botched my root canal and crowns. I complained to the staff about pain and discomfort but I was ignored. I had other problems that the staff ignored. Tremmel finally retired due to health problems. I ost a tooth because the gum area became infected. I complained for 2 months about the pain but was ignored. A new doctor redid my root canal but it was always painful for 3 years. Last year I was sent to a specialist and he informed me that when HD redid my root canal they did NOT clean out all the bacteria. HD did a poor job making me a partial because I lost that tooth. The partial was painful and it actually moved my back molars that it attached to. Instead of moving my Terr back the dentist shaved my teeth. They just replaced the crown that was not done correctly with a larger crown, but that moved my back teeth and I'm now biting down on my gums. Now they are saying they may have to shave my bone! Or this or that! It appears that I go in for one thing and they keep adding things. My day we called that padding the bill. So, my bite is messed up and the back teeth are still digging into my back gums. I left. Never to return. My suggestion don't go here because it's all about how many procedures they can force on you. They create problems so they can charge you more for more procedures.

If you have a child with you and you need to get dental work...don't bring them here you'll waste…read moreyour time. I've been to 3 dentist office in 4 years and I'm always asked if my son will be with me. I understand there's sometimes kids who don't behave but don't assume my child is one of them. And when I tell you my kid is a calm kid then you need trust and see how it goes afterwards. I get to the front desk and First Lady asks if I have someone to watch him. Which is a common question and I assure her that he's a calm kid and he'll be fine and she says okay. My son wasn't making any noise, wasn't running around. And no, I don't have someone to watch him because mother works and I work in the afternoon. It's the only time I can take care of my needs. Then I have nurse come by to tell me we need to do X-rays and if I have someone to watch him. Again I say no I don't but he can stay off to the side while I'm doing the X-rays. I get it, it's radiation. Me and him have done this before he knows what to do. She tells me to hold on while she asks and proceeds to take 10 minutes doing whatever it was she was doing (does it take that long to ask a question?) and approaches me and just says okay I'm ready for you. Well I assumed we were good and I tell my son who is calmly sitting down watching a movie on my phone to walk with me. As we're walking some other lady receptionist gets up (mind you she's in the back and not sure what her Tuesday was like but girl sit down) and tells me oh he can't go back there... I'm taken a back trying to figure out what the hell is going on and what's the big issues I thought this was sorted out. I start arguing with them we already went over this and she says because we don't want him running around and I'm telling you're assuming he's like that, look at him..he's doing nothing but standing next to me. So I have him, a 3 YEAR OLD... sit down by himself in the waiting area meanwhile I thought I was just gonna do the X-rays and then I could bring him back there. Nope. We go to a room where they have two chairs and I said oh are we doing the x rays here and the mute nurse says yes and then cleaning and I said okay well can I bring him after the X-rays and she says no we can't. So basically I was gonna leave him out there by himself the whole time. I asked what's the big deal, why can't I just have him sit there...of course another nurse intercedes and starts telling me AGAIN..well we don't want him running around... Guys! Communicate...hell man...I've been through this at other offices. They accommodate. Okay. Not every kid is the same. Don't assume. Me and him have done this before. He knows to just sit and chill. And "Business owner" don't tell me to call relations just so you guys don't get real feedback here for everyone else to see knowing relations isn't gonna do crap about these ladies attitudes. My wife is an employee at Loma Linda University and I did not choose to go here. Business owner, the front office has my number if you'd like to contact me. They know who I am. They won't forget this interaction and neither will I.

I strongly regret choosing Lifetime Dental in San Bernardino and feel obligated to warn others…read moreabout my experience. The dental work I received was unacceptable and had to be corrected by another dentist. That alone speaks volumes. I have some background knowledge in dentistry -- enough to recognize when work is done properly and when it is not -- and the treatment I received fell far below professional standards. No patient should have to pay twice to fix work that should have been done correctly the first time. What was even more disappointing was the behavior of the front office staff. When I called to explain why I was unhappy with my last visit, why I will not be booking again ever. The woman I spoke with immediately became passive-aggressive and argumentative. Instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue, she dismissed my concerns and spoke to me as though she had personally performed the procedure herself. It was defensive, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. Patients deserve to be heard -- not challenged or belittled. The only positive part of my experience was the dental hygienist, who was kind and professional. Unfortunately, that was not enough to outweigh the poor quality of dental work and the careless customer service. I will not be returning to this office and will be contacting my insurance provider regarding my experience. I would strongly encourage others to carefully consider their options before seeking treatment here. Also to avoid their $95 cancellation fee just don't schedule here at ALL.

Was not clear on co payments did procedure without authorization and then charge me…read more Bad communication

First off they said they took my insurance and was in network. They lied to me off the bat…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. Unfortunately, it felt as though their primary concern was financial rather than patient care. I recently moved to the area and chose this location based on convenience, but I regret that decision. From the beginning, I explained which teeth were my main concern, yet those concerns were overlooked despite my repeated requests. One of the teeth I was most worried about actually broke shortly after the temporary crown was placed, and even then, the issue was never properly addressed--despite it being my top concern. The one positive interaction I had was with a dental assistant who created my temporary crowns--she was exceptional, and even the doctor commented on the quality of her work. I wish I remembered her name. After that visit, things went downhill. I made it very clear multiple times that I would be out of town for work starting October 18th and had arranged my schedule to come in on Friday the 17th before flying out. Despite this, I arrived at a completely empty office. I left a message at the door, only to receive a text confirming an appointment for the following day--Saturday--when I was already out of state. I had stressed repeatedly that I could not make Saturday appointments. Because of this scheduling mistake, I had to wait over a month for another Saturday appointment. The communication system they use only made things worse. Even after confirming via text, I continued receiving repeated texts and phone calls as if my confirmations didn't register. On the day of the appointment, the front office called multiple times while I was driving in, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. The overall attitude of the office staff felt more focused on payments than on patient experience. At one point, they even sent someone out solely to collect payment in a way that made me uncomfortable and felt unnecessary. As for the doctor, while they were not rude, they also did not come across as very experienced or seasoned in the field. This added to my concern, especially given the issues with my treatment. I will not be returning to this office or any of their affiliated locations. Based on other reviews I've read, it seems I'm not alone in experiencing issues with the front office. It may be time for the staff to receive additional customer service training. For your own peace of mind, I would recommend seeking dental care elsewhere. I would really like a phone call from the regional manager!!
