Dr. Chuck and Dr. Christina do excellent work, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always accommodating (they even offer water while you wait). Dr. Kon and the staff are wonderful. I actually had challenging experience with a previous dentist and I did not feel like going to see a dentist until I had to. Dr. Kon ensured the service and procedure provided would be less stressful and appropriate. He kept his word. My most recent experience was the first half of a deep cleaning and Lillian is light handed and very soothing in the way she communicates. Once again my favorite place especially on my bday and what a treat. I had been so looking for to getting my teeth cleaned. And especially on my bday. So I went I and it wasn't Paige it was Crystal and she did an amazing cleaning. I don't know where to start - whether it's how easy scheduling is, the fact that I don't have to wait more than five minutes to be seen, or the fact that I never feel anything during any treatment services! Dr. Christina and staff are AH-MAZING!! I know no one will believe this, but I literally fell asleep during my treatment... I had a very comfy neck pillow, sunglasses so the bright light doesn't hurt my eyes, and wireless headphones with my choice of music; so naturally, I knocked out! I felt very comfortable and, like I said, literally did not feel any pain. I felt safe and know that I'm in good hands. Oh and also, Dr. Christina uses a "bite block" which helps relieve tension and I don't have to worry about holding my mouth open the whole time LOL I really don't post reviews unless I've had exceptional service, and the fact that I look forward to going to my dentist appointment is unbelievable! I have been coming to Dr. Christina's for almost a year now as well as my family and I won't change that for anything. I literally told Dr. Christina that I will be going to her until all my teeth fall out - no pun intended - she said "we'll make sure they don't fall out" LMAO! So hard to find a good dentist - but I've found a GREAT dentist and so happy with the results! First off, I don't leave reviews often but for this experience I felt like I had to. I had the pleasure of having my teeth worked on by Dr. Christina Kon. She was wonderful and made me feel great about my experience at the dentist. Prior to my visit I had not seen a dentist for several years because of poor experiences that made thinking of going back to a dentist a nightmare. On my first visit Dr. Christina was warm, welcoming, and answered all of my questions I had about implants for my teeth. She gave me all the options available, and her honest recommendations on which ones would be the best experience for me. After my initial visit we set up a plan to do my cleaning, and multiple fillings in one seamless visit so I wouldn't have to travel back and forth to have my dental work all spread out. The appointment was scheduled promptly and I was back there, and done within a week! Never have I had such an easy time getting an appointment so quickly. My fillings typically have been a terrible experience in the past, not the case with Dr. Christina. She did such an awesome job by making them quick, painless, and comfortable, as I got to sit in my chair with headphone listening to music. For once in my life I am looking forward to going back to the dentist for my next visit because of the pleasurable experience I had! This place is incredible. A dentist office like I've never experienced. Place is spotless, which is the first thing I look for in any medical establishment. COVID procedures were IMPRESSIVE. Masks. Shields. Gloves. Purifiers on walls. I felt very safe the whole time. They clearly care about the safety of their patients as well as their employees. Safety was paramount. I was so scared of going to the dentist after 4 years of not going. I knew I was going to need a lot of work done & since I've been shamed in the past by other dentist, it made me want to cry thinking this would be the case again. Well I'm so happy to say that Dr.Kon & his team are FAR from judgmental. I have never received this quality of care at any other dental office before. I was correct in needing a lot of work done, however, Dr.Kon provided me with a treatment plan instead of a long invoice of everything I needed done. This put me at ease and made me feel like it was doable instead of overwhelming me with the cost. I'm done with phase 1 and now I'm moving onto phase 2 this month. I never though I would say that I look forward to going to the dentist, but I can now thanks to Dr.Kon and his lovely team. I'd also like to mention that Jennifer (front office assistant), Paige, Lillian (Dental hygienist) and Janet (dental assistant) have always treated me with such great care, I truly appreciate how kind and lovely they have been throughout this entire process. However, today they cancelled my deep cleaning appointment without scheduling me one soon as possible. But added me to a wait list I hope I can get in soon as possible. I came to this dentist because my old dentist was very costly and he had said I needed cavities filled. That other dentist told me I had 13 cavities (scared me because I have never had a cavity in my life). I went to Dr. Kon and found out I had one cavity that was just starting but that was it. I feel like Dr. Kon really has his patients best interest in mind. I asked to get a chip in my front tooth fixed and Dr. Kon was very honest with me about how it would be a waste of money because that kind of repair won't stay well and the chip was so small it isn't noticeable. He easily could have agreed and took my money. But he didn't, because it wasn't the right thing to do. He has integrity and I appreciate that a lot. He also prides himself on being pain free and really holds up that end of the bargain. I would definitely recommend this place. read more

I don't even know where to begin. So thankful for Dr.Kon. I live in West Hollywood and drive all the way to Colton for my dental visits every time and it's ALWAYS worth it. He is the only dentist I have ever looked forward to seeing, because no one really like going to the dentist right? Never had that feeling about him. He is very caring to my needs. He makes sure I'm always comfortable while he works on my teeth and makes sure I never feel pain. The only one who makes my numbing process painless and is very calculated to do work to where , as the patient, it's as painless as possible. Never had a dentist give me a painless shot, and he does every time, painless! He goes above and beyond every time. The only dentist I have ever had who GENUINELY cares about helping his patients and has never made me feel like he's just trying to get paid. He loves his job and it shows. He is VERY honest and I trust his work. I was referred to him by members of my church who have been with him for years and I can see why. Not one bad thing to say. Not only is he amazing, but he has such a friendly, happy staff as well. They are all very well trained and have the best customer service. A very happy environment where you really feel like home.
