My treatment was a success, I am pain-free this morning after my treatment yesterday afternoon…read more Doctor is very caring and gentle, listens to all your concerns then he treats accordingly. I have been going to Dr Chiu four years and I've always been so much better after my treatment.

I have previously experienced the benefits of acupuncture (about 3-4 years ago). If you're new -- it really is a powerful tool in naturally healing your body from trauma (physical and mental/emotional). I am so glad I researched and found Dr. Chiu because he is the best acupuncturist out there. There are not many folks I revere, but Dr. Chiu is one of them. He is highly intelligent in both eastern and western cultural medicine. He knew what I was talking about when I mentioned the book (The Body Keeps the Score) because he's read it also. He is trauma informed, research based, and most importantly compassionate in learning about your experiences; and resolving the root of the problems you are experiencing. If you are at a dead end with your mental health/gut issues or any other physical ailments then please seek out Dr. Chiu--this man is so kind, gentle and skilled in his expertise. I am so happy to have him onboard my transformative experience in healing my body. I appreciate all the care and thoughtfulness he puts into his appointments with me; and hope others can experience the luxury of relaxation as well.

Vancouver Acupuncture - The waiting room in the clinic is nice and quiet with soothing music playing in the background. The treatment rooms are very clean.

I'd like to start out with, their services are perfectly fine. I keep my last review in regards to…read morethat. The downgrade is based solely on billing. They have improper billing practices. - sent NO INVOICE before charging two $115 transaction on our credit card. - only notified us one day before, still with NO INVOICE. Just an email saying they'll do it. - refused to work with my insurance even though i'm fully cover and was covered under other appointments I had with them. Stating they called them to figure it out but with no valid proof but word of mouth. It was really strange they didn't let me know ahead of time. The service date was in March and it's AUG they just let me know and charged my card that my insurance wasn't working for only this date of service. I could have just called my insurance myself to get it figured out but i didn't get a chance to do that. STILL no invoice. My insurance clearly stated I only owned $20 on my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) and when they got reprocessed then my EBO said I own nothing. Yet even thought I already paid my copay and my EOB confirmed that copay... I got charge $230 ($115 twice) with, like I said, NO INVOICE. Want to emphasize that. They stated they resubmitted my claims but only sent me screenshots without my name attached so i'm not sure if those were for my claims. They also sent me documentation of for claim forms but the date was literally the date I ask for the forms... which was also strange. Asked for a copy of the forms with the correct dates but was not given them. My insurance company called them and asked for the proof of their resubmission to make sure they were on time to confirm its my insurance was at fault but they have not wanted to try and help by just sending them. It's a pretty simple task. Even I reach out to try and have them just share the proof to the insurance but for some reason they won't and they won't reassured me or confirmed that they have or are willing to do so. Just because insurance(s) have protocols even if it's their fault doesn't mean you should just throw it onto the patient without letting them know. Let's say they are right and that the insurance didnt process correctly. Then their contract with my insurance would still cover it still if they just sent proof and they can just reprocess it as normal. It shouldn't be out of my pocket. I'm still working with them together get this figured out. If not, i'll probably be filing a complaint with the Oregon Medical Board. I think this practice is fine in terms of actually medicine but they need serious help and understand of what is right for billing, balance billing, insurance, patient reach out etc.

Dr. Fischler has been there from the start; from prepping me for gynecological surgery at the beginning of my journey to preparing me for egg retrieval for IVF. I am proud to say that we have PGT-A normal embryos ready for transfer! She has not only administered the acupuncture to increase my odds in IVF success but she has given me guidance on lifestyle changes to better my overall health. She has relieved symptoms from a cold, has made headaches disappear, has alleviated cramps and back pain... and I've felt heard every step of the way. I could go on and on about the wonderful things she has done for me. I can confidently say that Dr. Fischler has the Gift of Healing. If you want to witness a Doctor of Miracles, then I highly recommend that you schedule an appointment with her. I'm so entirely grateful for her and will continue to be a client of her's in the future.
