I've had to have physical therapy several times over the course of my life, all locally, and strangely enough, all at different facilities. I am currently receiving services from this ProActive office and can say with no hesitation at all that not only am I getting the very best care I've ever experienced, but also find the staff here the most hospitable and friendly medical-type people I've encountered ANYWHERE. Everyone is knowledgeable, supportive, attentive, and they all work hard to establish a positive and friendly relationship with each patient. The positive attitude and vibe here is contagious. I frequently come in tense and in pain, typically grumpy, but find myself chatting and laughing within minutes of walking in the door. This in turn creates a highly therapeutic and stimulating environment, which I am certain impacts my healing in a positive way. I have used PT on the East Coast and never paid more than about $60 for 30 minutes. At Rebound they submitted over $300 for a 30 minute session. Honestly, its not worth it. I could have flown back East for a week, had a few sessions there, and it would have been cheaper. There is a problem when flying for care is less expensive than local care. I like my Rebound doc, my PT therapist was good. But the financial cost doesnt justify the benefit. Based on the benefit to cost relationship I wont be back for PT.
