I've had to have physical therapy several times over the course of my life, all locally, and strangely enough, all at different facilities. I am currently receiving services from this ProActive office and can say with no hesitation at all that not only am I getting the very best care I've ever experienced, but also find the staff here the most hospitable and friendly medical-type people I've encountered ANYWHERE. Everyone is knowledgeable, supportive, attentive, and they all work hard to establish a positive and friendly relationship with each patient. The positive attitude and vibe here is contagious. I frequently come in tense and in pain, typically grumpy, but find myself chatting and laughing within minutes of walking in the door. This in turn creates a highly therapeutic and stimulating environment, which I am certain impacts my healing in a positive way. Sure, when I was having therapy my PT was nice and friendly, but the people here are that and more!! And she would break the awkward silences with dry, dad style jokes, which I appreciate. She really know her sh.... I mean stuff. Every question asked was immediately answered with great detail. She would even answer my questions! And unlike the crazy lady with review below, the front office experience was just as good. There was no problem with the exchange of information, seeing as I think they already had it, but it sounds like the crazy lady before has probably went to some crappy, no heart clinics in the past. Provide the info they need to treat you, follow their instructions and everything is good, dumb lady. The staff here were cool and focused on getting you better. Sure, in the small amount of time, i realized that it is ultimately a business, but they provided the service to make me want to get treated by people like this.

I have used PT on the East Coast and never paid more than about $60 for 30 minutes. At Rebound they submitted over $300 for a 30 minute session. Honestly, its not worth it. I could have flown back East for a week, had a few sessions there, and it would have been cheaper. There is a problem when flying for care is less expensive than local care. I like my Rebound doc, my PT therapist was good. But the financial cost doesnt justify the benefit. Based on the benefit to cost relationship I wont be back for PT.

I like to arrive a few minutes early so I sit for a couple of minutes in the very pleasant waiting room and look at the lovely art and listen to the pleasant music as well as treat myself to a cup of herbal tea. I also attend the Mindfulness Meditation group and that is really great for mental calm and relieving any stress. the other group members are wonderful. I know I had blocked chakras after the death of my husband; I felt anxious, depressed, insecure, and emotionally unbalanced. Through weekly treatments, my anxiety and emotions were corrected. She even sent me home with little seeds glued to strategic points I could press when I became overwhelmed. I was so grateful. She also takes insurance, which was a big help for me.
