On our wedding day, she knew all the best photo spots at our venue and was able to get us a wide variety of photos for our couple's portraits. Myro did a fantastic job getting photos of all our guests during the cocktail hour. We had several guests compliment how friendly he was and how many people he captured. In the background leading up to our wedding day, the True Photography team helped put a photography timeline that aligned with our wedding coordinator's timeline. This helped ensure we got all the photos needed included first looks, couple's portraits, family portraits, etc. No special moment was missed by the team throughout the wedding. Andriana was so great and patient with our baby, who did not want to sleep for some time. She was also so good with our toddler! She cares about safety, comfort, and making the pictures beautiful. We love the photos we got and cannot recommend her enough! Andriana is amazing at what she does. Contacting her was so easy - she was quick to respond, friendly, and great about finding a date to come see you after your baby is born. We had to move our date up to due a medical procedure our baby needed and Andriana was so flexible with us! The photo shoot was amazing! Andriana provides a soothing environment and has a lot of knowledge of newborns and how to soothe them. She was very patient when my baby become fussy and needed to nurse for us to continue on with photos. The pictures came in a timely manner and are so gorgeous! Heather is incredibly professional and kind, yet also has the right around of direction to herd family for family photos! Getting 25 people in one photo is no small feat, but she is up to the task and makes you feel at ease. Throughout the day she was incredibly sweet, checking on us to make sure we were okay, but also giving us direction for when she found the perfect shot. Smiling hurts after a while! However, we were very glad that we did as we took photos at the university where we met, and we got to know Aaron a bit as our wedding photographer and vice versa. For our wedding, we hired Aaron and a second shooter since we did not have a videographer. Aaron and the second shooter Mandy photographed the whole wedding extremely well and highlighted the venue (The Darlington House) so beautifully. The photos came in the exact time she quoted us but the edits look like pictures taken and edited off an iPhone. Not happy with them. I had to re-crop and edit majority of all photos as best I could as all the edits completely washed out our skin tone, the colors of the sky etc. I asked for the raws so I could just edit them myself from scratch and it's been 2 weeks and still haven't received them. Didn't remind us or inform to take phones/wallets out of pockets so those just look lovely in all our photos **sarcasm**. Got some of the raws back a day after making my review, which was nice of her to send as she said she didn't usually do so, but the quality of the photos look like they were taken on an iPhone..it was nice to see some of the photos that didn't come through as finals. I am deeply saddened by the outcome of the photos provided by this company. We were initially promised a specific photographer, 'Josh,' based on his recommended portfolio. However, only one week before our wedding, we were assigned 'Anel,' whose work we had never seen. On our wedding day, the level of professionalism and quality of work was unacceptable: Lack of direction: There was little to no guidance on posing or lighting. The photographer made comments like, 'What was that?' or 'What's that face?' instead of providing constructive direction. Poor Technical Execution: Many family photos feature heavy, unflattering shade cast across faces. Across the entire collection, there is only one usable, direct shot of my husband and me facing the camera. Absenteeism: During the cocktail hour, which we hired the photographer to cover, the photographer was found sitting in the dressing room instead of actively taking candid photos of our guests. I actually had to seek out the photographer to initiate coverage of the event. Frankly, the final delivered collection lacked the quality and professional execution we would expect from a paid vendor. It felt like paying a friend to snap photos, not a professional with an understanding of lighting and composition. A further point of concern: not a single photo from our wedding has ever been featured on the company's website or social media. We anticipated a high level of work based on the company's advertised portfolio, and what we received fell far short of that professional standard.
