I had a policy in MD for many years with them, and then recently moved to FL. They helped me transition my insurance policy to FL, but I had troubles with the MD MVA to transfer my license plate/title/registration. As a result, the MD MVA decided to fine me for an insurance violation for a lapse in MD insurance coverage. I immediately called, and Cyndi helped me get a policy backdated. However there was a gap in coverage for about 30 days. When I got to the MVA, they verified all the paperwork and even waived insurance violation fee.
