When he is here he gets a crazy number of steps which means he is active and engaged throughout the day. He isn't just kenneled in a holding space for the day. I want my dog to have a great day when I need him to have a safe place to be. He does that here. We also got a bath today and he smells great and his fur is so soft. Just love Top Dog! We will be back again and again.

Our dogs were kept in the basement where we were not allowed to go. Neither one of them ate while we were gone and we were not notified of this and they both had developed diarrhea. No one told us anything until we picked them up! So we went to pick them up after we got back from Texas and could see that something was very wrong. They each had lost 4 lbs!!! The older one was so weak that by the next day she could not stand. We took her to the emergency vet in Coon Rapids where they gave her some IV fluids and prescribed some medication. We were lucky that she made it. Our other dog pulled through okay. The Bed and Bone is not a good place for dogs and there is no communication about your dog. After this incident, I never boarded my dogs again but used Rover to have someone come to the house and stay with them. I highly recommend them. It might cost more but it's worth it, not just in price but in care, plus you're not paying an emergency vet bill. Its a bad bad bad place!

I was told she could not get in until Wednesday and our poor girl was miserable. I need a vet I can count on in emergent times as well as the yearly routine visits. This is simply unacceptable. I called a nearby vet and they got us in within 2 hours as new patients. We have now switched to the vet who cared enough to see our girl right away and the care she deserves.

I needed to put my dog down, which is not an easy obstacle. The doctors and nurses were very descriptive and helpful in the process. They gave us all the time we needed and made it as easy as it could be. After everything was all done, a few weeks later, we should received a letter in the mail that was the kindest thing anyone has done for me in my life. They did not need to send anything but they did. It's the small acts of kindness that places like this deserve an award.
