Even though he's moved on to a different school for Kindergarten, he still talks about his old teachers and continues to take piano lessons at the school on Saturdays. The director Mrs. Maria has a special place in my heart, she has really been there for not just my daughter, but the family!!! In 2023 I was diagnosed with cancer, and she was the first to ask "what can we do to help?". She along with then staff helped so much, just by giving my peace of mind that my daughter was in good hands while I underwent treatment. Within a couple of sessions, Christian had us GETTING DOWN! He is such a great teacher. I'm pretty shy and a bit of a perfectionist, yet he is so fun and easy to work with that I was totally comfortable and loosened up really fast. He reminded us constantly that dancing is about having fun! He even took us to a salsa club downtown where we got to watch advanced dancers, get hands on practice, and also learned more about culture/etiquette/music. Eventually we decided to incorporate Salsa into our wedding dance. Our wedding dance was a mix of slow dancing and salsa. It was so fun and such a huge hit at the wedding! Everyone was surprised because they didn't even know my husband and I were taking lessons. Till this day, many people say one of the best parts of our wedding was the dance. It is a memory that we will cherish forever! Thank you Christian for being such a great teacher and friend!
