I love Vibe Fit Studio! I have tried quite a few of the…read moreclasses but my favorite is PIYO-- a mix of pilates and yoga. I have brought in 6 visitors to PIYO with me and all of them liked it. These 6 people all ranged in athletic levels from couch potato to olympic style weight lifting. I love how PIYO has strength building and stretching. Its follow-the-leader style and set to music, so you don't have to worry about counting. I and everyone I've tried it with say its challenging but it's fun and they feel good after class. I love the inexpensive drop in classes! It makes it really easy to invite a friend to try it out. It also helps if you're like me and your schedule changes frequently. I first came to the studio because my friends and I wanted to check out the hip-hop class just for something fun to do for a night. While I was there, I saw they had a PIYO class. I was curious and dropped in on that one the next week. Now I am hooked. I bought a package of classes and can use them on any of the classes, so I can try out new ones or go to my favorite (PIYO). I love the whole attitude of the Studio. Christy is especially positive and fun. She is always saying things like "exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not punishment for something you ate". The "vibe" is about getting stronger, feeling good in your own body, and doing whats right for you. If you fall behind in class or have to take a breather, she never calls you on it. She provides variations of the moves to meet everyone's fitness levels. I tried Cindy's Boot Camp Class-- another challenging class but I liked it. I would go more often if my schedule allowed it. I also tried the hip-hop class, which is also follow-the-leader style, so it's like a dance party. Very fun and I appreciated the clean music. I would be comfortable inviting family members to that class. I really can't say enough good things and if you're searching yelp for somewhere to exercise, you should check this place out.

Never bring your child here for the summer camp…read more I have life long trauma from coming here as a child, and I think it's important to let others know what I went through. While the gymnastics part was fun, I was bullied by another kid in the camp for several summers and staff never did anything about it. This person tried to drown me during a field trip to the YMCA, locked me in the bathrooms and wouldn't let me leave until I did what she said, jabbed at my eyes, and verbally abused me. My parents were clear with the staff that the bullying needed to stop and needed to be monitored, but the staff did not care. This has forever left a bad taste in my mouth about Mills, making it a scary and uncomfortable memory. I would hope they strive to give every kid a good experience from now and instead of leaving them with lasting trauma. Do better.

My daughter has left Ms. Hazzard classes crying and that is why I pulled my daughter from the studio. Cause of Ms. Hazzard unprofessional behavior. Including yelling at student all the way out to her parking lot. For the sake of your child's DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO.....

Not only are the parents paying their normal tuition, they had to pay part of the costs associated with the production (yes, there was effectively a fee for their child(ren) to be in the play), plus the parents were required to pay to attend the play. They didn't have to attend both performances, but come on, what parent would just drop off their little one and not stay? That seems like a lot of paying on the parts of the parents, don't you think? At $20.00 per person, they weren't exactly cheap tickets. Two stars were chosen because the definition for two was "Could've been better", which is precisely the point. The experience was damaged by what appears to be gratuitous fund-raising.

The one thing I wish was better is the information available to you on their website, it needs to be current. Otherwise I felt that the space was great. There was enough room for each student, aerial equipment was safe and clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
