I attended my first FitnessSocial KB workout shortly after purchasing a one month pass for my sister in September 2023. She fell in love with this gym and the great people there and has been attending ever since. I have taken a few classes and attended their special events. When she started leading a KB/TRX workout on Monday nights in November I have begun attending weekly or twice weekly. This is really a nice gym, clean, organized and everyone is friendly. The classes are not crowded and you receive individulized instruction and positive encouragement during each class. They offer more than just KB and TRX and host lots of great events. There are also spa services available on site. Their instagram is updated daily. Great location as well!

She's super flexible time wise, offers a traveling fee if you need her to bring her talents to you, but most importantly she is open to feedback. Before you leave she always asks if there's anything she can correct and this most recent time I wanted something blended a bit better and she delivered. I will always rave about these ladies :)

I did the trial session with a friend on a Friday at 5pm and it was full class but not excessive. My guess is about 40 people in a large room. First you do about 5 min of active stretching and some cardio like running in place or butt kicks, arm swings, etc. Then they go right into explaining the stations. Then they set up several stations/exercises with about 6 people at each station. You work out at your own level, push yourself as hard as you want to. They do come around and check for help. Great session overall within 45 min. I didn't see any wipes to wipe equipment down and that is my pet peeve when people don't wipe down equipment. I get a little weird since you do sweat in the classes. The equipment is in great shape and nothing looked tattered. Just bring your own wipes. The water machine is outside of the main workout room so you have make sure you have plenty of water with you. Otherwise you don't have time in between the transitions to get more. People put their drinks, bags, etc all around the edges of the room so sometimes you have to navigate around that if they aren't paying attention to where they are placing things. They have several areas where you can workout with weights like in a small gym setting in a different room and a cryotherapy chamber. The bathrooms are clean and overall it was a clean space. Just not the weights and main area.

They open super early I think 5am and everyone from the owner to the trainers to the members are very friendly and helpful . I joined a gym twice and never went as I was very self conscious about going . This gym, all it took was one visit and I was hooked . You can go in, be under the radar do your stuff and get out or you can ask for help, small talk get to know people, whatever is you. I'm over 60, male, and in 6 months my strength, balance and endurance has made big improvements. No juice bar, coffee counter here . This is a place to improve yourself not kill time and lurch on people . If one in one is what you need, male and female trainers of varied ages and body types are available for a very fair price .

This is a really nice weightlifting gym in northern Fresno. If you are focused on powerlifting or…read moreolympic lifting, you will find basically every piece of equipment you could ever need for both your main workout(s) and your accessory work. They have numerous lifting platforms in different shapes and sizes, as well as different types of squat and bench racks. There's multiple types or barbells, and bumper/metal plates in both lbs and kilos, including smaller denomination plates. There's also tons of accessory machines, a GHD, and even some cardio machines for warming up. There's also a large open area for sled pushes, sprints, etc. This is one of the most comprehensive gyms I have ever been to in terms of range of equipment, and if you can't find what you need to complete your workout here, it might not exits. Two minor criticisms: the first is that the bathroom definitely had some dirty areas and some things that were out of order/needed repair, and the price of a day pass ($35) is a bit high, even for a gym like this.
